I put down $7,500.00,. Why would he make 11 hard inquiries of my credit score 11 times in a 3 month span? Some were even 2 days apart. I have copies of it. Each time he did that, my credit score went lower. He assured me everything was fine and strung me along for weeks and months. I had moved my things in storage thinking they would only be there 5 days. I had to buy everything over and I was displaced for 2 years. Then the pandemic hit. My trusting this man had to be the worse mistake I've ever made. Buyers be leery of this guy! My life was turned upside down. Meanwhile he went missing and came back with a brand new BMW. Cute! The worst lender to be in business. DANIEL PEETE AND INDRU JASHNANI are Incompetent and…read moreunprofessional. A simple straight forward mortgage approval was denied. We have a credit score of over 700 with $60,000 down payment and 2-3 jobs and was still denied. They gave us the run around with 3 different closing dates. They contacted me and my agent to let us know that we were approved with conditions and clear to close with conditions. We met all the unnecessary conditions that they placed. Myself, the real estate agent, the seller and the title company are all on board and agree that this company is a waist of time and bad for business. They waisted our time and money. Further research shows that they are not even mortgage lenders. They are what they call Loan Sharks. I met every condition. I even had to show them itinerary tickets and marriage certificates because they Questioned if my marriage was legit. Incompetent people that have no business being in this business. An appraisal was ordered and we were sent a denial letter with no report from the appraisal. When I called them to explain the reason for denial after 58 days of jumping through loops, their explanations were childish and combative and they simply hung up the phone on me. Just a waist of time and money dealing with these incompetent people. Please report APEX MORTGAGE LLC IN COLUMBIA MD to the FAIR HOUSING AUTHORITY. They should NOT be in business.

Did Patti Click - a Prime Lending Agent in Timonium Maryland (MD) just sabotage our loan? Funny how…read moreall of our information and the house we chose was shared with rival selling agents...to the point those same rivals contacted us to show us the house we'd already applied for. What else was shared? Since we decided NOT to work with your GURLS, it all went down hill. Strange AF. Made it through preapproval, submitted all requested docs and everyone was happy. Things got shady, straight up disrespectful and quiet. There were times when there was a total lack of follow up, even on agreed milestone scheduled appointments. No call, no show. Denied with no explanation. Hmm....Dare I say we are Black, Gay and Professional. Remember, we were following the professionals guidance.... Our selling agent, buyer agent and other pros involved call foul and suggest that the company could be prejudice. Oh well, we are going with another lender. Trust me, Prime Lending, we are not done with this. I have yet to decide what happened or how I should feel, but will certainly find out. Why are you questioning the experience of the selling and buying agents? I understand you may have wanted you friends to get this commission, but FCO has a 20 year track record that they stand by. Why are you judging them? Do you know them, personally? It was relentless and painful to even listen to in conversation.

Initially, I wanted to write a cutesy review suggesting that if you want to NOT have a successful…read moreloan experience, then choose this company! But honestly, I am just too hurt over this whole fiasco to make it funny, but it is 100% not. At first, I was so impressed and happy with the speed and forward movement that our loan originator was giving us. Everything was yes yes yes the entire way, which is why it was surprising and DEVASTATING to learn that the loan originator did not do her due diligence in obtaining information from me. I was very clear regarding the sale of our existing home and the loan originator didn't seem to know or care about my FIRM boundary regarding this. Three weeks before closing, she told us we qualified for a loan that was predicated on a real estate transaction that I said UP FRONT that we were not willing to do. If she would have listened to me, taken better notes or cared in the least, we would have never put an offer on a home and lost appx $1000 in appraisals and inspections on a home were were never qualified for in the first place. That responsibility lays right in her lap because she did not listen to me during our first conversation. We only put a contract on a home because she said we qualified, period. To make things worse, our loan originator NEVER APOLOGIZED or took any responsibility for her mistake. In fact, she actually threatened us, that she would "hate to see you lose your $3000 deposit" by canceling our contract. When in fact, she had no idea or no standing over whether we would be refunded that money or not. It was truly disgusting and predatory. I would have walked away from this situation feeling sad but ok if she had apologized, just once. But she didn't. And now I will make sure that not only will I never use this company, but that everyone I know will hear of this experience.

For me it certainly was. I am a numbers gal and I always want to be able to see where each figure ties to. Elizabeth Warner, our Loan Officer with NVR, went above and beyond for us every single time and I would describe her as nothing short of amazing. She has sat on numerous hour-long calls with me while I ask the same questions in different phrasing until I am certain I understand something. She is patient, extremely personable, and does not make you feel like a nuisance at all, no matter the question! She was always easily accessible and if I couldn't get a hold of her right away she was always back in touch with me on the same business day. I never thought I would be in the place to say I trust a lender, but I truly and wholeheartedly trust this woman and her word, and I know she has done right by us throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a lending team that has your back and makes you feel comfortable and heard throughout your home buying ordeal, look no further than Elizabeth! Every conversation with her has been nothing but pleasant and I am eternally grateful that she was the one to oversee our first time purchasing a home.

She was very professional , responsive and had wonderful follow-up. If I had a question and she did not know the answer she would research the issue until she found the answer. She is a great asset to team and definitely made the mortgage and home buying process much better. If it was not for Michaelynn my experience would have been much worse. She should really teach a seminar to employees on customer service. If you give out awards I would definitely recommend her for one in recognition of her excellent customer service.

It's rare that I see people reviewing supermarket branches of banks. And I never thought that I'd…read moreactually review one. However, after using the branch as my main PNC for the last nine months, I need to share my experience. Most supermarket bank branches are simply meant to get people in and out, not really helping anyone. This branch is different. While not quite full service, the staff is friendly, and they really know their stuff. For two years PNC Branches had been telling my wife about how we should change an account, but it never seemed worthwhile. During a visit here though, one of the employees sat us down and went over our banking habits and explained how it would benefit us. By the end of the shopping trip, we had made the change. This might seem really small, but considering the great experiences I have had at PNC branches, for me to rave about his one means it is something special.

Just had a pretty terrible experience at this branch, something akin to bait and switch. I…read moresuspected I had a check about to post, though my "pending items" online was clear, but I went over to my local branch and made a late-night (11pm) deposit to try and make sure it was covered. the next day it showed the check had posted, my deposit showed pending, and I was charged an NSF fee. I went to this PNC branch inside Giant and spoke with a nice enough gentleman who tried to explain the whole process of why things happen, but in my mind I'm thinking, really, in this age of computers? And I spend $50 up the street the you guys know about it the minute it happens, but you can't post my deposits real-time? Anyway, he says that I should wait one day for the transactions to settle out (not sure why) and then if I come back to see him he will call customer service and help me get the fee removed. So I come back today and he writes out this report and says his manager will look at it. When I ask about him calling for me, he said that his manager was here today and she could take care of it. So two hours later I get a phone call from the manager and she says there is nothing she can do. So I visit the branch two days in a row, told twice that we could get this taken care of, and then told, nope, not going to happen. The manager than asks if I want to set up a credit line or something to avoid this in the future, and I'm thinking, I'll avoid this in the future by not banking with you. Thanks so much for stringing me along and using sad stories of antiquated banking computers not being able to process transactions as an excuse to charge me fees.
