CHM brought in a well-qualified appraiser, a local title attorney, and talked us through the various fees. Kearny, the owner, personally handled our mortgage and was always available by phone. He explained what we needed to do at each step of the process. When we decided to refi, we went back to Carolina Home Mortgage, and they were a pleasure to work with again.
