AVOID THIS "BUSINESS" at all cost!…read more Dr. Pierson is a CROOK. I could get passed his horrible, grumpy, mean spirited personality and TERRIBLE bed manner. But being charged for office visits that I never even had it a whole other level. I was told I needed to come in to pick up a prescription as it could not be called in. After following these instructions I got a bill in the mail for 120 bucks stating I had an office visit. Since when does picking a prescription up from a secretary constitute sitting with a doctor? Called for 5 months to get this issue resolved and all I was met with was unkept promises to call me back. After calling in month 6 Dr. Pierson crawled out from whatever hole he lives in to tell me that "that's how we do business, you walked into the office so it is an office visit" even though I never met with any Doctor/Nurse that day. Sounds like insurance fraud to me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.... AVOID this mickey mouse doctors office. There are better doctors out there and ones that one over charge (or in this case just simply fraudulently make up phantom appointments you were never attended) There is a reason his reviews are as low as they are. He genuinely cares about helping people to the point that he keeps the lists of insurances he accepts long and his wait times short. Of particular note: I went to Dr. Ahmed throughout my second pregnancy and saw many positive differences from my first (for which I didn't seek chiropractic care). This was during the pandemic, and he went out of his way to schedule me at off-times when there were fewer people in the office and upped his already impressive sanitation routine to help keep me safe. A word to those of you who want your chiropractic visit to feel like a spa experience: this isn't the right spot. This is a simple operation that makes it feel more like getting an adjustment in your living room than at a yoga retreat. Personally, I like that, but it's worth being aware of before your visit. I absolutely recommend the Chiro-Care team!
