I watched him run over a paper cup on my lawn instead of pick it up he kept running it over ,then when he was done didn't even bother to blow it off the lawn ,he left the shreds of paper on the lawn.2.)I had true green apply chemicals on my lawn and I forgot to pull up the one of the warning sign they leave . I watched him run it over and leave all the plastic bits in the lawn.3.)There were some dead bunches of leaves by the curb by my lawn that when he was done he blew them under some bushes between mine and my neighbors house.Half of the debree that he did manage to blow off my lawn ended up half way across the street in front of my neighbor's house. After I got the contact, I reached out to Frank who picked up my call immediately. He proceeded to come to my house in the next 30 minutes to take a look at the work I wanted to done. Not only did I find out that he was providing me a great price to source the new trees, plant and care for them, he was going to do this in 3 days. As promised, he delivered and his team came in and out of my property in less than 3 hours. He was extremely professional and I also found out that his business is a one stop shop for fences, pavers, landscaping design. Frank was great. He communicated well and speedily. We also commiserated on being homeowners and acknowledged that it was difficult to manage projects. A good laugh, but really was nice to know that he wouldn't be pushy, but always ready for when we were ready to go to the next project.
