It's now a year later, and I noticed that the window sale is completely saturated and rotting. This window has been leaking for the last year, but because it's in a space that we never use it went unnoticed. I looked at, the final checklist from the service and I noticed the technician forge my signature. I was not even home when this happened so there was no way for me to sign up. I've left messages with corporate and the local office as well as sent emails. Nobody has called me back I will be filing a suit

The rep was nice,answered all of our questions. Above all professional. The cost itself was within my expected range and its definetely good quality.
