First I have not heard from anyone from your company other than a text from Jeremy asking on behave of David if I had sent the check yet. I did have a missed call form Jeremy but no message was left instructing me to return the call. I did text Jeremy stating we had found additional damage in the house that required us to call a repair service. I never received a response. I believe the reduced rate paid is more that adequate for the job that was done. I was quoted a four person crew and only 2 showed up. Working until 1030pm was a lack of job planning not on our demands. The reduced rate was accepted via text, which I still have if needed. I am willing to send you pictures of how our house was left. My bet would be if the same service was given at your home it would not be acceptable.
