When I say "our trust", I mean about $8,000 worth of trust. After asking for a refund for an over payment of $40, we received a check made out incorrectly. After asking for the check to be resent to us(to the correct name), the owner of QC Total Tech, Jason Howell, responded that he will get a new one out Monday. Within the SAME minute, Jason forwarded our email thread with the response "Fuck her"... to me, Emily. When, quite frankly, he meant to forward our email thread to his wife, Emily Howell. So fuck me for asking for a $40 refund for a service that I didn't receive? Is this how he talks to all his customers and partners? If you are thinking about doing business with QC Total Tech, DON'T. The most disrespectful business partners around.
