Bought seven of the plumeria cuttings and 2 were already dried up and were not able to root. I emailed several times and asked for them to be replaced. Back and forth with emails The Krunkmeier Congregation (klaymeiercrestion@gmail.com)he refused to replace the 2 that were dead and showed signs at the bottom of the cuttings that the were ripped from the plant and not cut. Do NOT do business with Plumeria Hut! We had a terrible experience and would rate it zero stars if we could. We ordered and paid for a blue plumeria stick on June 21, 2024, and finally received it several weeks later, but only after repeatedly asking when we would receive it. The plumeria stick was defective (shriveled up, soft, almost dead) when we received it. When we called Plumeria Hut, James gave excuses for the defective plant and said that it was covered by insurance. When we asked for another plant or a refund, James stopped answering our texts and phone calls. I would give them ZERO stars if I could!!! DO NOT PURCHASE from them! They also have listings on Mercari, user name was Dallas Corbin, a character off of a show. After purchasing 2 plumeria cuttings and then posting the pictures to several plumeria FaceBook pages everyone informed me that the two I ordered were fakes and AI generated. Many people warned me that I would likely not get any cuttings and if I did they would be in poor shape. Well, I did receive my cuttings, they were only 6" long and listed that they were both 18" with some leaves growing on them. When I got my two they were severely rotted and wilted. I looked up the return address only to find out he used the Post office address with no box number. I looked up the phone number and spoke to James who told me that if they didnt get any better in the next week that he would send me two new cuttings. Well, its been over a week. I had called several times leaving messages to please call me back. Finally I called from my work phone and guess what, James answered the call. So he had been screening my calls this entire time. When I spoke to him this morning 7/19/24 he told me since I left a bad review on his Mercari page and that affects his business he would no longer hold up HIS guarantee that he has listed both on Mercari and his website. I have screenshotted every conversation, his listings and all messages that were sent before he started deleting them. He told me to never call me again and that he would never do business with me again. This man needs to have charges filed against him. I am highly considering filing a police report on him and I think many others should as well. I have posted on all the plumeria groups to be careful about this guy that he sends out dead, rotted cuttings that cant be saved. His customer service lacks in every way. I will do whatever it takes to shut his little scam down. 7/18/24 l order some plants from the on line web.orders plans April 15 it took about 4 weeks to get plants and they were half dead and and poorly identified. six weeks ago I contacted James from web . I told him hibiscus plants never rooted and 3 of Plumeria rooted. he stated if I would pay postage and shipping he would replace them. has sent an invoice for me to pay that I can see. wish there is some way to shut his on line business down. read more

This business is a scam I purchased rooted cutting . The owner created a shipping label electronically few days later but did not drop off the package at the office office until 2 weeks later. This is a trick. They do it so that they could claim the money i paid with Paypal I made all kinds of complaints to the owner n finally opened a dispute with paypal about the transactions. I ordered a pretty expensive Plumeria cutting from them in May..received the cutting pretty quick and it was not as described, much smaller...messaged them on FB and a Mary Sablotny responded, said they would replace it immediately...as time went by no replacement was sent, no tracking number, nothing...removed her messages from FB so I couldn't message them....so I took to email and messaged them from their FB page...a Bree Farmer responded and said the same, no problem, I will get a replacement out for you right away...well that never happened...nothing and excuses upon excuses were given and finally I opened a Paypal case which is still open waiting on a refund from them...they are one DISHONEST company I would never buy from again...be very leary when ordering from them ...they are liars from the word go...lesson learned!!......F rating from the BBB btw for a reason! read more

If there is an option for zero star I will give them zero star: I placed an order to buy some plumeria cuttings from Plumeria Hut online website. When I filled out the order information, I left my current home address in Florida for shipping address. The same day I received an order confirmation from Plumeria Hut and within an hour I received another invoice from "Flowerz r us" showing the same amount of money request, which confused me at the first moment, but I paid since the price matched. 2 days later, I received an email showing that my items on the way, but they used my old billing address in Georgia. I don't know why they ignored my home address for shipping address and used the wrong address, so I called them and tried to correct the address. Every time I called, no body answered and sent me to voice mail. So I left a voice mail and also wrote a message to them from their website link. The next 3 days, I got no replies at all, until I received another email saying that they canceled the order and canceled the shipment!!!!! I called them again and send message again, no replies still!!! I thought I was frauded. So I called my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Dramatically, the seller contacted me right away after the disputing and sent me messages to my personal phone, and explained that "Paypal did not let them create a shipping label" so they canceled it. More ridiculously, they started to blame me I used an old billing address since the shipping label would be automatically created by Paypal system by using the billing address in my Paypal account. Are you kidding me? Then why you ask me to provide shipping address when I placed my order on your website?? What if some people want to buy the plumeria cuttings for a friend as a gift and use a friend's address, will you still use the billing address of the buyer for shipment? This doesn't make any sense!!I have used Paypal for multiple purchase online, there hasn't been such a seller that defaulted the billing address in Paypal account is the shipping address. Then the seller said they will update the order information and send out the items quickly. I told them once I received their items I will cancel the dispute. 3 days later, I received the items when I got home late of the day. But the seller started to flood me with her messages in the afternoon to ask me remove the dispute. So I did, I called my credit card company and let them know there were some misunderstandings and I decided to cancel the dispute. The dispute was removed right away that day. The next day, I got massive messages in my phone from the seller again, telling me that she/he still not got the money since Paypal still held it but usually Paypal will release the money once the item is delivered. I replied to the seller that "may because I disputed it and canceled it just yesterday, and credit card company will take time to process it and other than that I don't know, and there is nothing I can do to expedite the process, so just be patient." And I was pretty busy since it was working time, and I told the seller that everyone has a job to do, customers are not meant to be bothered by these massive massages day by day. YOU KNOW WHAT!!!!! THIS SELLER SAYS I HOLD THE MONEY BECAUSE I WANT TO STEAL THE MONEY! The seller said "If the money does not come to my account soon in my account I will file claims with Paypal, your credit card company and file charges. Too many people try to steal and do this!" Are you fxxking kidding me!!!??? Are your threatening me???!!! Who wants to steal that tiny bit of money!?? Who cares about that sixty bucks????!!!!! Oh, yes, you'd better do that, just call PayPal and my credit card company and you will find I did cancel the dispute on the same day I received the items. The process of removing holds from credit card company and Paypal takes time and it is not my fault that you still not get the money because you have to wait!!!!!!! I was so so so so upset, and I told the seller I want to return the items since the entire purchasing experience is one of the worsts in my life. The entire thing was not my fault and now I am wasting my time to deal with this mess and responsible for this bad purchasing experience myself?!!!!!! Issues ranged from underpaying shipping so I had to pay additional to USPS to get the order, shipping items not agreed upon, delay in shipping, taking orders on items they did not have and refunding the money after numerous complains. I love plumerias and adeniums, as well as other tropicals - Bree and Eric deliver the freshest, nicest specimens that I have found online. They have a wide variety of established species as well as gorgeous Plumeria Hut exclusive varieties. I have placed many, many orders over the last few years and every order has arrived in a timely manner, in perfect shape. I did have one cutting that didn't thrive well and it was replaced immediately with a rooted one! They are so friendly and knowledgeable, no question is ever too small and is answered promptly, often with a video or link for future reference. This is my go to place for plumeria, adeniums and tropicals. Their quality and customer service can't be beat. read more

Definitely 100 percent NOT recommended, you should be extremely wary of ordering ANY seeds/plants from Plumeria Hut Nursery/Plumeria Life. I ordered $442.99 worth of cuttings seeds and small plants they never arrived, Bree kept giving me sob stories about her daughter, dog, cousin being ill, she couldn't get to her acc to give me the tracking details, yet she could apparently tell me where my parcels was! (or rather wasn't) she sent me false tracking numbers, she sent me a screenshot of a shipping label that was later discovered was not valid. I had it confirmed from USPS that although the document had been generated online, they were still waiting for the parcel to be taken to the depot to be scanned & sent on it's way. She then told me that it was at UK customs awaiting collection, then she told me it had been delivered, then she told me it had been stolen! It had not how could it if it hadn't been posted in the first place! She told me she would refund me, and still she hasn't after repeatedly promising to do so, in the end I told her that if she hadn't refunded my money by midnight on 28th March 2016 I would expose her on social media as a fraud, she didn't refund me so I exposed her. I then got a message from her telling me I would not get my refund now. I've received messages from a lot of people telling me that she has done the same or similar to them. I received messages from two people telling me that she has defrauded them out of $500 each by using their credit cards that she had kept on file when those 2 customers had not made any purchases from her in over a year. She was of course made to pay the credit card companies back, but why she wasn't charged with fraud I don't know! Mind you she is very good at spinning yarns/stories to cover her back, she blamed it on an employee and then said it was a mistake in her system. Yeah right! She is still defrauding people out of their money, to this day! most recently March 2018. & I will not rest until I get my $442.99 back from her. As new customers came forward this march 2018 that had recently been defrauded by Bree, a frauds and fakes group on FB received a message from Bree saying that she would pay everyone back. She sent me a message to tell me she would pay me back, but can't pay me it all in one go, so I told her that I wan't the full refund to be paid by 6th October 2018 she agreed. She also said I must remove my reviews from here and BBB. I have not actually agreed to that but I will agree amend the reviews to let everyone know she finally after 3 yrs paid me back. However I very much doubt she will pay me or any of the others she defrauded back. She owes over $10.000 to those she has defrauded and a further $9.000 to the man who she promised to buy his vast collection of Plumeria plants in order for him to pay his medical bills after contracting cancer. Only buy plants from this place if you go there and pay with a check. Don't count on your plants shipped and beware of using a credit card, you may get charged for things you never purchased, months after you purchased something. Buyer beware. There are warnings all over facebook on the plant groups about this place. I bought plants and paid, 5 months later still no plants. I asked for a refund and was told for a month the refund was sent. If there was an an excuse, Bree Farmer(owner) used it. Finally I did get refund after she held my money for months. read more

I was trying to help out a new business by buying plants. As they've bloomed, I've had at least two (expensive) varieties not bloom true to what I purchased. They also helped themselves to a piece of a very rare Plumeria they were shipping to Italy for me. They said it was broken but I hand delivered it to them to be shipped....that is simply a lie. Terrible. I ordered the first week of December and when I received an email from their website that my plant had shipped, there was no tracking number attached. I emailed the owners several times asking for one and they either said they would get back to me asap or came up with an excuse. Bree said she would send another and that never happened. I escalated the problem to PayPal so I can try to get my money back. Check out their page on the better business Bureau they have an F grade and have scammed people out of way more money than me. They stole over $400 from one person. Yeah if you take someone's money over the Internet and don't send them the merchandise as promised then that is stealing. These people are liars and thieves and no one should order from them if you want to keep your money. It's a gamble you don't want to chance. I have no idea how they have any positive reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!! Just like previous reviewers I had similar issues. I purchased x1 plumeria cutting and after placing the online order through Plumeria Hut i received an order confirmation email. Within an hour I received a payment request via PayPal for "Flowerz R Us'', i paid the fee and received a confirmation email. Four days later I received an email from Plumeria Hut stating my order number and that my order has been shipped. After 7 days i was wondering where my package was so I used the order number to track the shipment through USPS. I discovered that a shipping label had been created but the package was never delivered to USPS. I contacted Bree who said that she would check at the local post office and that some orders have taken almost a month to get to their destination!!! Bree never got back to me! 25 days after shipment I reached out to Bree who has not responded to my contact thus far. It has now been 33 days since the shipment and I am dead certain i will not see my plumeria cutting. What i ordered was not expensive, but i have never experienced appalling service from an online retailer like this before. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't buy from this seller, i was hesitant about the negative reviews at first but thought i would be okay...hard lessoned learned! Please don't make the same mistake! read more
