***More than plumbers--they are heroes in our community***…read more There are no words to adequately thank Tana, JD, and the entire team at Platinum Plumbing. Our family was facing a catastrophic main water line collapse in the middle of a health crisis and subsequent job loss. We were staring at a $12,000 (highest bid from another company was $20,000!) repair that threatened our very ability to stay afloat. Platinum Plumbing didn't just do an incredible job on a difficult, extensive repair; they did the unthinkable. After finishing the work, they told us they'd decided to write off the ENTIRE bill to "pay it forward." I cried and cried, so completely stunned by their altruism. In a world where costs are rising and things feel uncertain, the Christensens showed us that human kindness is still the most powerful force there is. They didn't just fix our main water line; they saved our peace of mind and changed our lives forever. If you want to support a business with a heart of gold and unmatched integrity, look no further.

Ken came out to inspect the unit and found that the motor wasn't bad; it had just seized. He was able to oil it and break it free from last winter's bondage. Even if it only lasted another season, it was well worth a second look from a trained observer like Ken. The cost for repair?... a service call. This is a company that is ethical, which means even though my unit is already at end-of-life, I'll be calling Ken at Air Exchange first when it's time for a whole new system! Thank you, Ken! And at that, thanks to the whole team at Air Exchange Tech! Referrals are coming your way!

They provided a detailed bid, with parts needed and hours for the installation, all at a reasonable price. They showed up at exactly the time stated and worked hard for the two days of installation. Due to needing to reroute the inside water heater fuse box, they had to come back for two additional short periods. They did not charge us for the extra hours beyond the quoted price. Fair price, good work, excellent company to work with. And really nice guys, too. Other companies that gave us bids were extremely high with no details. He was honest in telling me that he could not get to me for sure on Fri, and if he didn't he would for sure on Monday. I didn't even get a phone call telling me they couldn't come. This attitude seems to be common among most of the contractors of any type in Pocatello, if it is not a new build. They all just seem to want new builds or big paying jobs, little things needs fixed, good luck!
