By Saturday morning it was out again! House got up to 80 degrees without AC working. My mom who's in her 70's was there all weekend. We called and left a message but no return call. We had to use multiple fans to try to keep cool. Called owner Monday am. We understood that he could be there late that afternoon. By 6:30pm NO visit. Called again only to be told he told us Tuesday morning. I had to call around to find an after hours AC repair to help us out. Kyle fromKool Koncepts saved us! He came right out. I called the other company back to tell them the unit was wired incorrectly. Tried to speak with the owner who told me Kyle was lying and just trying to get money. He laughed at one point during the conversation. Kyle even called the owner to report what he found and was told to F**k off and was hung up on. Don't do business with this company!!
