Positive: Punctuality, Responsiveness Wayne is very professional and knowledgeable. He is a good communicator and does what he says he will do. He works hard, shows up on time and gets the job done. so far they've had to come back four times to fix the terrible job they did, not limited to but…read moreincluding, exposed wood, half of it trimmed, crooked railing, flaps of Duradek to trip over, (most of these items have since been dealt with but come on!). I just found another place today where water is getting in where they left exposed wood. I don't want them back here again. I paid them $14000. I regret it deeply. I 100% recommend going anywhere else.

Went with the mental fencing and I am more than satisfied with the look. They even fixed some fascia on the side of my house for me. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called about having a fence built. The guy on the phone scheduled a time to take a look so that…read morethey could prepare an estimate. On the day we had scheduled I waited and nobody showed up. The next day I called and they were apologetic, blamed their new booking system and rescheduled. And once again they stood me up. I will not even consider Hawes for any future projects. I cant speak to their quality of work but I can speak to their punctuality & customer service.
