WARNING! Worst customer service and products EVER!
We purchased close to $25000 in flooring and installation from this business for our new home, most of which started to fail after only 1 year (product defective) !! That is about $14000 of faulty flooring that Nu Floors will not refund or replace! After over 2 years of chasing managers and owners, we are finally having to go through legal proceedings to get our money back! They agree that products are defective but are only willing to refund or credit us half of what we paid.... how is THAT fair??
BE WARNED.... after they have your money you will never be treated the same and heaven help you if you have a problem with product or installation. read more
