The staff never acknowledges me as a local who is in the bank several times a month. Turnover is constant and no one seems to know any common procedures. Often I have to wait for a manager to solve the problem. When I need the manager to open an account, I have waited up to 30 minutes to do so. This time my new debit card was sent to my street address instead of my P.O. Box.. We do not have street delivery in Incline. They should know that and I did remind them at the time. I didn't get my card and no oe reached out to me to say it had been returned for incorrect address. I had to go in to the bank and fill out the forms again!! So it will be over three weeks until I get my debit card (hopefully). No friendly customer service here.

Two weeks ago they made a bank error and charged me a substantial amount of fees. I had to take off part of my day to have it handled. So I wait....wait.....wait....3 minutes...I go get my debit card and call...."no ones their yet, ...wait another minute then I press, send ANOTHER text verification code as I never received the first verification code...then I get 2 verification codes but FINALLY able to log into my acct. RIDICILOUS!! Why do I have to jump through these hoops every once in awhile to log into my acct? A 5 minutes I will never get back. It's bad enough our local Golden 1 is STILL on the "covid" operation hours, they don't open until 10 am. YOU suck Glden 1!!!

Arlington in Reno yesterday. After explaining what I was trying to do, she was able to sit down with me, gather the information needed to apply for the loan and I was quickly approved. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was able to reduce my monthly payment and lower the interest rate. SPCU was able to accomplish what I wanted to achieve easily. This was a positive experience for me and I highly recommend SPCU and am considering doing additional business with them in the future.
