Youngers working and taking money from customers. I just came from the bank getting out $400 and already had $500 . Rolled it in my hand and counted before going inside . The man counted it and said $880 which should've been $900. I went back to my car nothing because I rolled it in my hand . So I got the money order for $880 as I watched him and the big guy laughing and smirking as I walked out . I'm sitting in my car watching them take out the drawers and count and go from one window to the next doing some sort of transactions and laughing. I'm out of $20 and pissed. W read more

PLS Check Cashers - The one that took my money. - Check Cashing/Pay-day Loans Near Me - Los Angeles, California

No idea why the review was bad, they open 24 hours, I visited on early Monday morning 7am, they always have more than one staff, and the service is quick. Moreover they didn't charge for money order, yes it's free! read more

The most unorganized banking financial facility I've ever been to. I've been to very many check, cashing, and and other services such as change, postage or prepaid. They also say that they have a career opportunity, but it's a mess they have no three different ones they all had a different rules or different guidelines on top of the fact that they want to extend only in demographic areas that that would put up with such terrible customer service. My advice would be to go to any other facility, such as a payday loan, or a different western facility read more

Highly unrecommended. Unreasonable and not sufficient/adequate. this is the first time in a review this has come to mind. I called to avoid wasting time and energy nonetheless services provided at this location combined with the redirection over the phone did not meet reasonable expectations. Im not angry whatsoever. Keep in mind: they do not give prices over the phone of their services (does waste because you have be in person to get quotes and the wait times are long). When you do call the location number: it redirects you to a calling center not this physical location. I called twice someone with the name of Moshae reassured me they provided printing services and they would need to send file to en email. Got in a long line (25 minutes wait) the first employee seems not trained properly. Then another woman by the name of Marisole said they don't do that. She insisted that i call the location number, after i explained to her that's exactly what i did, she didn't acknowledge my time and alot of what i had mentioned. Be aware, some of the employees are not trained correctly i say this with respect: the location number redirects you to a customer support number and not the actual store. If the client support states they provide these services and the in store denies that, even after verifying its the same company, it creates unnecessary issues. Over the phone they say one thing and in retail is a different thing even though it's the same company. read more

PLS Check Cashers - Check Cashing/Pay-day Loans Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Estefany. R, was very helpful. Answered all my questioned and had a very nice demeanor. Thank you!

Went in today to cash a check from a new employer. I know its gonna take a while and would be a bit time consuming for their staff but they just took their time with me showing grace and patience. They were able to verify the things needed to cash my check and get a new debit card. I've been a loyal customer for at least 4 years and this location is super friendly especially Ashley, her supervisor Leslie and Andrea the manager. The staff during the late night hours are courteous as well. read more

Didn't wait too long and the girl was really nice. She's helped us out with the process and didn't rush us or wasn't mean at all.

This is the worst and I mean WORST pls in Los Angeles. The line is so long and they actually have 5 out of 11 windows open for once, but the set is so bad, and slow... jus keep driving past this location save yourself some time!! read more

I see exactly why the rating is a two. 1 star from me unapologetically! Bad and Bougie? NO Bad and Ghetto I was treated unprofessionally at this location The Hate Is Real Its expected when you're dealing with employees with visable tattoos long eyelashes wrinkled clothing and loud blue nails. Another long weaved employee stood up in a too little t-shirt tacky with her blubber showing Requesting to see my expired identification just to tell me she couldn't accept it #Aduhhhh Never try to embarrass the BLESSED! read more

Joshua was good help and great customer service fast and easy would recommend to change check here

As a brand, they're very efficient, but........they're employees are lousy and non professional at this location. They had a full conversation about something totally different then what I was here for right in front of me. It was late at 12 am so I guess you need to have socialization but at the same time, customer always comes first!! read more

Mal servicio en turno de la mañana . No me quisieron cambiar mi cheque , que regresara otro día por qué apenas lo había recibido con una mala actitud la muchacha , pase por la tarde al mismo lugar y sin "peros" me lo cambiaron . read more

They have duplicates of the XPECTATIONS cards that has the same number and pin code as your personal card They will ask you if you want them to activate it and when they do they will take down your information and use your card later they can take money for off your Account PLEASE be aware of Is an employee by the name of Melanie I deal with her with my card and I never ever used the car once and and just Coincidentally she was my teller each time I loaded money onto my car and my car start having money come up missing off of it and when I came to the store to complain She gave me a new card and kept the old one and the transactions continued And when I return to complain again about it she acted suspicious and started an argument read more

This place sucks ass man very slow service and staff are rude and don't greed the customers last time I'll come here ;(

The western union service is unprofessional. I saw microphones on the each counter but looked like one of the rep. is not using it. She was serving the customers without using the microphone - I could not hear her I said I cannot hear you well - she ignored, kept refusing to use the microphone just kept talking. What an attitude. read more

I hate this place. The lines are always long and they have two cashiers. I went today and the customer service agent did not even speak to greet me. I told the manager and she defended her saying I'll talk to her knowing she was not. They take their time doing transactions knowing they have 15 people in line. They have casual conversation instead of being professional. I have been coming here for years and nothing has changed read more

Do not waste your time going here. The employees are very SLOW AND STUPID! If you are in anything resembling a hurry GO ELSEWHERE!

As a corporation, they're very efficient, but..they need to train their employees better and focus more on the customer service aspects. They are lazy lousy and non professional at this location. The one employee Jose in particular thought it was social hr then company hr, he had a full conversation about something totally different to another employee who was doing her work, when his co worker got his attention, he looked at me af if his conversation was more important and waved his hand like I was insignificant and he his time was more valuable then his job, I walked out and went to another location, I didnt feel comfortable with my financial transactions with non compliant worker definitely need to train their employees better when it comes to customer service. customers always comes first especially when dealing with sensitive material. read more
