The space is newly renovated and very nice. It's usually very quite and a good place to get things done. I've worked in the co-working spaces and the offices and both are great. There are outlets everywhere in the co-working space, which is so nice. The offices are also really nice. The future everywhere is modern and clean looking and everything is pleasantly decorated. My only complaint about the co-working space is that there isn't a large table where you can spread out. There are dividers that somewhat limit your space. The pics on google are exactly what it looks like so you can see if that will work for you. I don't need to use them, but the conference rooms are great and have huge windows. OE also has fresh flowers every week up front, which is fun :) In addition to really appreciating the quiet, I love the staff. Erin, one of the co-owners, manages the day-to-day and she is incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. They owners have been very accommodating to my needs, and I am very happy with the service I've received. It is clear that they care very much about the needs of those working here and do everything they can to meet those needs. A few other things. The internet has been fantastic. I've been able to have many uninterrupted, clear skype phone calls. They have a kitchen with real silverware available, as well as free coffee and tea. The parking lot is huge and there is never an issue with parking. The building itself and the parking lot is nice and I always feel safe leaving--even when it's later in the evening. It's also pretty easy to navigate to and it's clear where the offices are when you walk inside the building. The bathroom is outside the office suite, but it's always clean and it smells sooo good. Overall, it's been a great place to work and I love the staff. Can't go wrong getting an office here!

Everything was set up and very convenient; the staff was just wonderful to deal with and so helpful. The tech set-up was flawless; everyone could see and hear and it went beautifully. We had a week long training here and I really have nothing to compare the space too. They acoustics…read moreare really bad, they have garage doors for some of their conference rooms. Floors are concrete and ceilings are metal, when the HVAC turns on you are not able to hear the speaker. And there is an odd underlying echo when someone is talking to the group and no HVAC is on. We also utilized one of the smaller conference rooms, one of our group members was sick and we did a conference call and he said you couldn't hear anything due to the echo. The space itself is set up well, they have common meetings areas, smaller conference rooms, garage doors to some rooms. They have a coffee bar inside the space for your caffeine fix. The bathrooms (at least for the ladies) was poorly thought out and designed. Not going to go into detail, just check it out for yourself. I assume our company paid for snacks when renting the space we had so the staff kept those filled along with some pop, water and iced tea. The staff was helpful and nice, I needed to staple something and the manager lady was quick to help me which was appreciated. Unsure about the catering we had, there was a room for them but it was an offsite catering facility, so I'm not sure if they required us to us them for what. Food was ok, they tried to make some stuff gluten free for me.

I have been a Regus Client for 17 years now at this location. They were not always Regus and the…read moredrop off in service is showing as a result of Regus now operating my virtual office and virtual receptionist services. I experienced several outages in my service with clients and prospects unable to contact us via phone. It absolutely is devastating to our business for calls to go unanswered and during one outage the phones just rang and rang with no one answering. For days. Two of these instances were in 2016 in June and then again in December. I have e-mail correspondence if needed. Common responses were that there are "not enough staff members to answer all the calls". Then why not hire more staff? Or stop proving the service?? They tried to accommodate me by transferring my calls to another "less busy" REGUS office. That's when the phone lines went dead just a few months later. That new center had IP internet phones and no backup internet options. They lost service and we were down phones for days as a result. If they are providing this inbound call answering service and many clients are paying for it, why is there no redundancy to prevent outages from a single source of failure? That's just poorly managed and implemented in my opinion. We and many other Regus clients paid as a result of those poor decisions. This year my automated credit card had a problem because the expiration date changed as a result of being issued a new card. Originally this payment process for automated payment was setup for us by Regus personnel. When I was notified of payment failures by Kim F the Overland Park Corporate Woods manager, I asked if they could update my CC information. She said no that I needed to go to the website. I tried that and the site was not functioning correctly. I notified Kim F with an e-mail and screen shot about the problem of not being able to update my payment method online. No response. (Again, I have the e-mails if needed.) Several weeks went by and I was notified by Kim F that my account would be suspended if I didn't make payment in a few days (no date on when, just a "few days"). I immediately replied to her e-mail asking if I could get a number where I could call and have my CC info updated since I was having problems with the website. She said they didn't have a number and I could pay at the center and sent me instructions on how to use the website. We are an IT company and while that's all great and true, the problem here is I just wanted to have my "auto payment" corrected. I'm very busy and I felt I received no support or aid in that endeavor, just "use the website" (that didn't work) or manual pay. That's it, something I had been using flawlessly, NEVER ONCE in 17 years late as a result, railroaded essentially. Two days after this Kim F suspended my account without so much as a courtesy phone call warning. That was on a Friday June 19th I believe. I'm not sure be or no one called to advise me of it. To make matters worse, I managed to get my account paid in full and auto payment fixed that weekend on Saturday the 20th. Despite payment being made in full, my services remained suspended. Clients, partners, vendors, prospects all going to a generic voicemail and not being answered for now 3 days after payment has been made. This is how they treat a 17 year customer that's never late, communicating their problems with payment in e-mail and voicemails? By shutting off their service?? By ruining their business during the stretch of time? It seems to me, If it's not incompetent management unable to staff correctly or provide critical services with well thought out redundancy to ensure communications, it's this kind of poor customer service you get as a best result. Again, I'm a 17 year client. I don't usually complain about anything but this is completely wrong. Not once in 17 years have I been late on a payment and here I'm pleading with the manager Kim F and she shuts my service off. Unbelievable. Mike
