The rooms were okay with an efficient stove, fridge (a built in fridge was broken so another fridge was placed in the room), there is a full range of cutlery plates and cups to use. In room coffee is YUCK. There was little cards just below the tv that indicated rates for turn down service. So Living Water Resort is a time share resort, where the rooms are owned by multiple stakeholders and rented out when not in use. The pricing per night were around the 200 range booked mid season with short notice. On arriving, you were welcomed with a fridge full of beer and free range eggs that were not bad priced-never tried it so check out if others used it. I also noticed a little mouse in the foyer and pointed to staff who proceeded to chase- the hotel has automatic door so it's very possible for rodents to enter. Parking is sufficient for the space. Within the resort there is a spa, I was not able to try it because there was a malfunction, we were not notified in advance and when we were offered rescheduling, it conflicted with out skiing schedule. Just a side note, if you book directly at blue mountain you can get a discount ski experience when combined with their room accommodations. The pool was okay but the slide was not opened during the winter- kind of cool it wraps outside then returns inside. When you sit in the hot tub inside, you can flick a switch in the wall. You will notice floating particles and hair in it. The pool has enough space and a splash pad. There is also an outside hot tub with a switch to the wall to get the water circulation on high, you will also notice floating particles in it. The access to the outside hot tub isn't anything luxurious with a yellow "wet floor" plastic sign blocking the door open. In the room, the bathroom needed a bit of refreshing, but the room is setup with hand soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The room has TERRIBLE SOUNDPROOFING because if you look at the map for the floor every room is a joining room. In a given night, I had to report a noise complaint 2-3 times as you can hear your neighbour laughing and drinking in the next room, that was connecting to their kitchen and living room. This happened for two nights and nothing really could be done except for reporting to the desk and having someone ruin someone's fun next door, I'm sure this notice issue would not be a problem if you were taking the room and adjoining room. Unlike Jonathan W.'S review on $11 breakfast continental, I did not see any signs on this at the front desk and only saw individual plate serve options in the elevator so I am doubtful this was the case 3 years later. Will likely not return- need my sleep not a frat night accommodation.

Let me start by saying that they've really put in a lot of effort in equipping this place with a bunch of games. From darts, to bingo, to computer slots to table tennis to pool. The place is a pretty huge size. But the funny thing is that on a Friday night, the place was empty. The kitchen & bar closed at 11pm. The only thing alive was the bingo room which had quite a bit of people, who left the room right after the bingo game was over. I am not sure why the management of this place isn't promoting this place. If I was in charge, I would host weekend parties here, by calling in DJs or live bands and of course advertising to get a decent crowd here. Good place to come on weekends, or any night when your favorite team is playing, they've got a 12'X6' Jumbo HD TV and the bar is always stocked full of great drinks.
