Worst service ever. They have no return policy and the manager is super inconsiderate. The lovely girl with the long hair even offered to go with me to the bathroom and he shut down that idea quick. He refused to understand the means of trying on all these skimpy clothes and would not reconsider even at least giving a small return exception in case the clothes did not fit. He insisted all sales are final. This store used to have great customer service but clearly all the care about is sales now. All sales are final the manager kept insisting. The girl with the super long black hair was super great and tried to help me as much as she can. Their new management, i wouldn't say other wise. Horrible do not come here unless you wanna waste your money on things that you don't know how'd they'd even fit. For YEARS I've been going to playthings, and after this experience I'll NEVER go back. I went costume shopping and looking for some goodies, got a costume and a bunch of shoes. Thanks to covid you can't try anything on. I was hesitant because these thighs don't just slip into everything. Lee, the lovely gentleman attending me told me not to worry if it doesn't fit I could just return or exchange it. On the receipt it says costumes are exchangeable within two days with receipt. Got home and saw they gave me a different size than the one I ask for. I call the store to make sure before going all the way back over there and the girl who answered the phone practically laughed at me. I told her it says it on the receipt and Lee told me, she said it doesn't matter. This girl was so rude. I asked to speak to the manager, her reply was "really?", she told me the manager would give me a call but needless to say I haven't heard anything. I have spent so much money there every visit for years. For them to LIE to me and treat me like SHIT, never again. DON'T GO HERE. Everybody knows it's over priced and they have 0 customer service, you can't trust anything they say, even if it's in writing. There's plenty of better places with better service in miami.
