It has elliptical machines, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a nice park sit around a small lake. All of this equals to a nice place to spend some time. I find myself coming to this park more and more often. It is close to my home and it is a pleasant walk around this small lake. There is off street parking, which is kind of necessary in Waterford Lakes. Again, this part cannot rival some of the larger parks in Orlando like Lake Eola Park, but for a community park, Waterford Lakes Community Association boasts an impressive park for our community. I give it five stars as an overall rating.

The yards are well-manicured and they also have a little box shaped like a house that serves as a free library. It works on an honor System where you can grab a book and you can return it when you are done. Parking is ample for such a small park and like the yard, the parking lot is well maintained. I would definitely recommend a visit here. Though be advised, this is only for the neighborhood.

He warns that there is no parking if you want to come to this mall children's play area. It is something akin to a play structure that you would find in someone's backyard. Still, I am sure that if you have small children I live either in the subdivision across the street or some place close by, this would be okay to walk over and play with your kids. Another warning is at Lake Underhill Road is it busy streets. It is the main sail away in to Waterford Lakes and also most people that live in Avalon Park take this to get to their community, as well. Again, if you live within a short walking distance from here and have small children, I guess it would be okay to come here and play. Just watch your kids very closely because Lake Underhill Road is a busy street. All in all, I would ultimately only give this place two stars.
