Unfortunately I had to return the MacBook because of a whopping 43 gigabytes of data was used by apps I didn't care for. 43 might not seem like a big number but it is when your laptop can only store up to 256 gigabytes. I have been using iPhone 13 and Apple TV for years and these two devices is what made me buy the MacBook simply because I can uninstall almost everything that came with the OS, so it was disappointing to see that was not possible with MacBook Neo. I was lucky enough to get Robert to help me again when I returned my laptop the next day and I was surprised how fast and efficient the return was. I wish I was able to keep the paper bag but it's probably a security issue to give the paper bag back when you're returning items and I don't blame this store for being paranoid because the mall security here are too busy looking at their personal phones.
