It's a really clean, soft, yellow-sand beach. Long and wide. The ocean is pretty warm in summer and most parts are public. Best to bring your own gear, even though there are several places to rent an umbrella and chairs. Several showers are lined up along the beach to clean yourself from the sand and salty water after your dip.
Around lunchtime there isn't much action, due to the hot sun. Later in the afternoon it gets more crowded....but nowhere near packed. It's a really nice and relaxing beach, not much noise, no watersports. Nice to just lay back or have a walk with your feet in the water. Along the road there are lots of free parking lots. Which is great to still see free lots nowadays.
