Zero criteria to handle situations caused by their machines malfunction (bad printing tickets) and even with all the evidence that proofs you are right, they will not listen and will say that your kids are thieves, moreover they will insult you as a parent if you try to solve things, which is the last thing an employee of a kid place should do, instead of having magical experience these employees made a poor and very disappointed experience. My 5 and 9 yo kids had a blast, and we adults had a good time as well. The staff was helpful. Best is, unlike in the US, it was not a chaos of screaming kids and unseen germs. Highly recommend if you are looking for a safe place for kids to run around and play games in DF.
