Zero criteria to handle situations caused by their machines malfunction (bad printing tickets) and even with all the evidence that proofs you are right, they will not listen and will say that your kids are thieves, moreover they will insult you as a parent if you try to solve things, which is the last thing an employee of a kid place should do, instead of having magical experience these employees made a poor and very disappointed experience.
