This is the 3rd care center my elementary kids have been to and I can say my family is finally content with where they're at- the place keeps a good balance between indoor and outdoor activities, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are communicative, attentive, and have good relationships with the children. Now the challenge was getting my 2yo started this year... she definitely struggled to adjust, but the staff did so great working together to get her comfortable. We love it here!

You can genuinely tell that the staff is working hard to take this center to the next level and create an environment where both the children and their families feel welcomed, involved, and cared for. One of the biggest things I appreciate as a parent is the communication. My toddler's teachers keep me informed about what he needs, how his day is going, and anytime he gets hurt or something happens. The office staff is also always willing to talk, answer questions, and help however they can. I truly feel like they care about the children AND the parents, which means so much to me. I also love having the TLE app and being able to see updates throughout the day. I would definitely love to see more pictures and updates when possible, but I also completely understand that the teachers are busy actually caring for our babies--and that should always come first! If I could change anything, it would definitely be the outside appearance and curb appeal. I would love to see the exterior match how welcoming the staff is inside. Better signage would also be a huge improvement because the center can be difficult to find if you don't already know where it is. Overall, I'm very happy with our experience at TLE and especially appreciative of the positive changes and effort I've seen from the current staff.

The big question is why are there kids by themselves that young playing in the bathroom? So happy that my grand baby has been moved to a more fitting center. The staff is very friendly and quick to love on all the children. On the initial tour we met the director who took the time to show us around, then we met more of the admin team when we started. The summer calendar is filled with fun field trips and numerous activities to match themed weeks. The water park is beautiful and they have indoor playgrounds for both young preschool children and the 3, 4, and 5+ kids. You definitely get your moneys worth with this school. Everyone seems to be having so much fun. We are so happy we came to this location. If you are thinking about enrolling or looking for a childcare center, look no further! Enrolled in the middle of the month and had to pay for full month only to use it once. The day we…read morewent was the middle of the week. It was so crowded. I figured it be more for kids but seemed more adults than children. My daughter and I tried the workout machines after waiting to use them. While working out we had this creepy old man just stare the whole time. He was sitting at the tables right in front of work out machines. Not sure if he was medicated or what but made my 13 year old uncomfortable. We moved to the other side where the weights are for a few minutes but I can still tell it was bothering her so we left. Only went ONE day and never came back. It took me days trying to locate where to cancel membership online only to finally call days before months over for them to tell me I have to go in person to do it. Finally got the chance to go after being busy at work and it's the end of the month and they tell me it takes 30 days to cancel mind you I didn't even have a full month of membership to cancel. I sign the paperwork and turn in my membership keycards. Mind you didn't realize I could still use them for another month until when Racheal from the local YMCA reaches out with wanting more information on why my child felt uncomfortable. Explained the situation of what happened. She informed me someone was going to reach out to me and nothing. I "should" have access for this month to go but why would I return to a place my child felt uncomfortable!!
