The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and they don't try to do that thing some other veterinarians do and push products on you! Suggest them, sure, but they don't push it! We've been taking our cats here for years, even though they are probably one of the more costly places in town. But, you do get what you pay for here. I cannot stress enough how awesome the staff is here, from the front desk folks to the veterinarians themselves. I would rather pay a little extra and get good customer service than the alternative. Some things: 1. They have kitty condos for long term cat stays! 2. They respond to emails (the address is found on their website) quickly. 3. They understand emergencies and try their best to avoid making you and your pet wait. 4. They have totally separate areas for cats and dogs! No awkwardness with a screaming cat in a carrier and a scared dog on a leash in the same waiting area. 5. They utilize the PetDesk app, which is just spectacular for people who use their phones' for everything. Of course you can still call in, but having an app tied to the vet is nice too. 6. Their new(er) location on North Road is such a nice place. It's so spacious. For those new to GI or looking for a place, I really suggest Parks.

My friend jumped into action and called her vet, Dr. Emily, at the Animal Medical Clinic. They cleared their schedule to help me that same day. We had to put Whyatt down. This is not an easy decision to make ever, and under these circumstances - in a strange environment, surrounded by strangers, it was even more difficult. The staff at the Animal Medical Clinic are like none other. Saying thank you with all of the gratitude I can muster will never be enough to express how much I appreciate them.

I had a few recommendations to visit this place after a bad experience at my last vet. We had to put our cat down, and immediately upon arrival, we were treated with excellent service. The vet was very kind to us, she made sure we were as comfortable as possible. This experience is what led us to come back when another cat needed neutered. The appointment was easy to set up on the phone. After his procedure he looked like he was well taken care of during his visit (they stay overnight). The total was only $69.50 which in my opinion is super cheap compared to other vets i've been to! I will definitely continue to come here and trust them with my animals.

As a single person, I love my four legged friend. Diet and exercise is very important for myself…read moreand my pet. This includes long daily walks. Now, my canine does have a fur coat. It is a two layer coat and requires daily brushing. I brush him 4 or 5 times a week and take him to a professional groomer 4 times a year. I made the mistake of booking a grooming at this clinic in the past and they shaved my dog. Grooming was discussed when he was dropped off and I was promised that there wouldn't be any shaving. When I picked him up, he was half shaven! This is very bad for the health and well being of the breed and causes skin issues and can make them sick! Recently, I went back for annual shots and received attitude from the vet. Apparently, he wasn't groomed to their standards, which apparently includes shaving! While the news says that there is a shortage of Vets nationally, I don't think that torturing my pet is in the cards! Because of this, I will look elsewhere for service! Very sad!

My cat had an emergency and was very very sick. I waited and waited until 9 am when they finally open and was told he'd be seen after a surgery. However "more important emergencies" called in and my cat was left. no vet checked him. They pussy footed around telling me things because all they did was give him an antibiotic for a very high fever(105) and said they did blood work. but as of 5pm (my cat was dropped off at 10am) the vet hadn't looked at him. They also don't call you anymore to let you know anything. I'll have to call at 9 am in the morning because I know they won't call me. You have to call and find out. They don't call you. Maybe they prefer the cows and horses but my cat is just as important to me. Im not a big fan anymore. Next time I'll go to rock springs like I should have done. I hope my cat will be ok.

Recently, our dog's health has been declining rapidly, and unfortunately, we've noticed a change in how we've been treated by the clinic. It feels like they are less attentive to both our dog's health and our concerns as clients. This has been very upsetting, especially given our long relationship with them. We truly valued their care until recently, and now we're uncertain where to turn next. We are very disappointed with the recent experience.
