Yesterday I went to the Plato's closet again since the athletic event and yesterday was almost as bad as a athletic event the same people who were working at the athletic event where they're giving people rude faces. I asked them if I could get a fitting room and they asked me to leave my purse in the front and I asked why do I need to do that and they didn't give me a reason they just open the door and I had to leave my purse in the front. I've tried selling my clothes multiple times, things that are up to date and trendy. NEVER have taken anything. Staff is very rude.

I have tried twice now to send clothes to this location and I come back to find out they accept nothing I have. I always send my clothes that are in season and very trendy items but they never take them. They passed on a designer dress, a 50s style J Crew dress and even my Pink sweatshirt. After seeing some of the junk they resell I was surprised. I'll donate my clothing to rummage sales from now on, at least I know it goes towards a good cause. These girls do not do a good job at "buying" items, just look at the racks! read more

This Plato's Closet is one of if not the BEST one I've been to and I have been to many all over the State of Ohio. The staff is always so helpful and very welcoming. The organization of the store is on point. read more

I agree with the previous review. I've been here multiple times and my experience is unfortunately pretty consistent. The merchandise is outdated and overpriced. They offered me $12 for a pair of jeans I later sold on ebay for $70 but looking around the store, none of their jeans are really designer and none are priced over $20 so if you want a better label, head to Cleveland or Columbus. Some of the staff is friendly but most are pretentious and seem too preoccupied to be bothered. read more

Very upset with this store. The workers are all very rude and disrespectful! There racks are jam packed only one person can walk down an isle at a time. They rip you off when you take your clothes in to give then sell them way over price. 90% of the items are over priced for used clothes. No longer going to be shopping here. read more

This Plato's is pretty much the worst one I've ever been to. They have nothing. The racks were packed full of flare leg jeans, and out of style tanks. They have practically zero dresses, and it smells inside the store. If you are thinking of scoring a deal at a Plato's I would visit one in the Cleveland area. The merchandise is always current and changing. read more
