I needed herringbone backsplash in a galley kitchen doing. Absolutely shocking customer service. Took a deposit, and then kept asking for money in dribs and drabs. Once he took £250 from me he disappeared. Everyday saying I'm on my way, I'll be there at 8.30 in the morning. He would keep me waiting all day until past 4pm until he would say he can't make it and will be there the next morning. Next day same story. He did this to me for almost a week. Until I told him I'll camp outside his house until he answers me. He then finally came the next day. Sam who owns this business and is the tiler said this job would take 2 days. He took 4 days across almost 2 weeks. He completed the job, I was not 100% happy with the finished product, but it's done. Good riddance. Save yourself a headache, do not book. read more
