They did call promptly to give update and was able to pull in a replacement by the end of day but I got no offer of help to take my flat tire off the spare mounting nor putting it back on after spending over $400 on it until an older gentlemen stepped forward.

I was greeted by Brendan upon arrival and checked-in with Bryan at the front desk. The process was quick and easy, it took less than 2 minutes and I was seated in the waiting area. I was immediately impressed with the friendly and professional staff. The waiting room was spotless with plenty of auto magazines to keep me occupied during my wait. I met Zach and Mike, the automotive technicians and had an opportunity to ask questions and get their expert advice on my SUV service. Mike noted that one of my front wiper blades was worn out and the set needed to be replaced. Great catch just in time for the winder weather! Mike even took a picure of the worn wiper blade for my service paperwork, above and beyond what the 'big' dealerships do. Brendan (owner) and the entire Avery team was great, the technicians answered all of questions and the billing charge was very reasonable.
