However, gold has a clear melt value and the offer I received here was far below what other reputable buyers were willing to pay. I have sold to this business many times in the past because I believed they were honest, but after comparing offers I now realize I have probably missed out on a LOT of money. This time they offered me 300 dollars for my gold, while another gold exchange offered me 800 dollars for the exact same items, which matched the current melt value. It also makes me think about people who really need the money and might not know they could get a much fairer offer elsewhere. Because of my experience, I would not recommend this place. I strongly suggest getting multiple quotes before selling to make sure you are receiving a fair price.

Whether I'm browsing or making a significant purchase, everyone has always been friendly, welcoming, patient, and never pushy. I've purchased a few pieces of jewelry here over the years, and I'm currently looking at upgrading my wife's wedding ring. I've met with the owner, Zaven, several times throughout the process, and he has been incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time. He never rushed me and took the time to explain every detail so I could make an informed decision. I even brought my wife in on a separate visit, and Zaven patiently went through everything all over again, explaining the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds, discussing the pros and cons of each, and answering all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured.
