I am a real estate professional and hired Lori at the recommendation of a mortgage broker I've worked with who advocated for her. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere, for despite her friendliness, I was disappointed and frustrated consistently. Lori is a very poor communicator and I was made to feel that she put minimal effort or attention toward me - most of my emails to her took 3-5 days and 2-3 emails to get a response.
Lori was very polite and communicated in a professional tone at all times, and seems very friendly. Unfortunately, her knowledge and abilities in what felt like an unimportant side-job in credit repair felt limited and suspect. This process lasted over six months (the best credit repair folks get results in 2-3 months and wrap it up efficiently and communicate with you proactively, often on a daily or every couple days basis.)
At the end of it all, she did not provide me with real evidence that my credit scores had been improved when asked, and simply advised me to pull my credit reports and confirm for myself that only two out of the six items we set out to resolve had been fixed.
I wanted to like Lori, but I hope she changes her standard of practice, as credit worthiness is a critical thing for most of us these days and deserves to be treated as such. read more
