When I tried to call them a guy answered the phone with "CSC". He explained that CSC purchased AHC and they're now in a new location. Drove over (way up on the northwest side of town), walked right up to the counter (no line) showed the clerk the old line, and told him it fit in a tight spot and the new one had to match it or it wouldn't work. Two minutes later the new one was laying on the counter, but it was half an inch too long. I asked that it be remade, and the clerk went away muttering something about being "a waste of material". Yeah, and my time, too, when I had to come back and get a shorter hose made up. Good thing I checked it before I paid, and especially before I left. When I need another hydraulic hose, I won't be going to this place.
