I was very sick: heart and digestive problems. Dr. John tested me with state-of-the-art equipment that properly determined that my problem (panic attacks, anxiety, etc.) was caused by a slow parasympathetic system. My thyroid was the 'gist of my problems. It was causing the digestive and heart problems... and the panic/anxiety. Dr. John put me on a 12-visit nutritional program where he monitors what I eat, muscle tests me for what my body needs, and prescribes a catered nutritional supplementary whole-food program based on what he found. I have been visiting Dr. John for about 6 months. The result? My panic attacks and anxiety are gone. My heart problems are no more... I am able to work out again. My digestive problems are gone too. I will be a customer for life!!! My wife saw the changes in me. She is now going as well - for other reasons. It was determined that she is allergic/sensitive to gluten, as many people are. We have transitioned to gluten-free foods. Health is Wealth. Dr. John is not expensive, not when compared to the alternatives: emergency rooms, medical expenses, etc. I've been down that road... one trip to the emergency room set me back $5,000!!! And they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Never Again. I am so thankful for Dr. John. You will be too.

When life became especially busy this fall and winter, I put my appointments on hold, assuming those positive changes would continue. For a while, they did. But after I started shoveling snow this winter, my back gradually began to worsen. Each morning, I woke up in more pain than the last, and I even considered spending $2,000 on a new mattress to solve what felt like an increasingly serious problem. One morning, as I reflected on what had changed (aside from the shoveling) and what my next step should be, I realized I hadn't seen Dr. Trent in months. I scheduled an appointment that very day. Truly, after just one adjustment, I stood up and felt an immediate difference. That night, I slept without waking up in pain--and the same was true for the nights that followed. I returned for another appointment a few days later and am so grateful to be back on a consistent schedule. The best part? I no longer needed to debate investing in a new mattress--I simply needed to get back to Dr. Tilton. Thank you!
