She did not say hello to me or even ask if I needed help. I bought several things (which btw are priced the same as American prices or more). I put all my items on the counter and went to grab one more item in the refrigerator right next to me thinking she would start to ring up my items. Instead another customer entered, she immediately said hello to him and knew his name, and let him go in front of me! Yes, she literally rang up his items instead of mine. She asked how he was doing etc. And they also decided to grab a few more things at checkout so I had to wait while they decided what else they wanted. When it was my turn, she did not speak to me, not even to say thank you, come back again, did you find everything you needed. Literally not one word was spoken to me. So I guess since I'm not part of this special clique I was treated like I wasn't welcomed there. I found many other organic stores in the area so I will spend my money there. Via Orgánica just lost a very good customer.
