I have reached out to the owner Dr. Wilkerson of The Best U Now several times only to be ignored after sending him pictures of my results, that he requested. This place is organized and unprofessional. Do not spend your money here unless you plan on going through full surgery just to have the same results that you had prior to having surgery. After having 360 lipo I still have a huge stomach and there is still a lot fat present. The results of my surgery could not be seen even a month out, you could still see that there is fat still present. Now 6 months out the results have not changed. I am not still swollen and I am sad to have came to terms that these are my results. Please save your money, time and disappointment. All the red flags were there that this place didn't care about the customer just about shuffling people in and out quickly! Now I will have to go through surgery again if I want real results.

When I protested later I was told I was not a good fit for his practice and they gave me back my consultation fee and wanted nothing more to do with me. I realize I am older, heavy and never going to look like I did when I was young but I told him I only wanted to look better in my clothes and my expectations were modest. I chose to incur the cost of having another surgeon remove the implants rather than allowing him to perform the procedure. Later I learned Dr. Hart failed to recognize I suffer from a congenital defect called pectus excavatum, as well as tubular constriction of my breasts which had affected the height of one of my breast folds. The latter was extremely obvious and should not have been missed. Now that I'm older and more educated on the subject, I'm able to see just how negligent Dr. Hart was. I am more than pleased with the entire process from consultation, to procedure, to follow-ups. Dr. Hart and his staff are awesome. Very straight forward and to the point. The office located inside of Mercy Hospital is nice; equipped with plenty of brochures and infomercials to get your mind wrapped around other nip tuck possibilities. Dr. Hart left no question unanswered. He made me feel more than comfortable when making my decision on what, how and when I wanted my procedure completed. He described the procedure of a bunyon removal and hammer toe clearly and precisely to be sure I truly wanted to do it. The next visit was scheduled to set the date for the surgery, which was March 5th. The procedure went extremely well, and post-op couldn't have been better! Dr. Taylor saw me 2 days after surgery, then 4 days later, then weekly until 30 days had gone by. At six weeks, he allowed me to remove the "boot", and I was ready! Through the entire process, Dr. Taylor was super informative, caring, and happy to see my progress.
