What is the point of having an appointment if they make you wait 2 hours after your supposed appointment time? This is ridiculous.

Review Highlights - Planned Parenthood - Eastside

I made the appointment online the day before because my regular doctor couldn't see me until April and I needed a new prescription for birth control.

Grandpa was taken to the ER at night and was taken to a room in the morning for an infection. I am…read moreunsure about the quality of care in the ER, but while recovering on the 2nd floor, the nurses and doctors came by to check up on him semi regularly. As he was bed bound, the nurses cleaned him up whenever we called for them and helped change his dressing for some bed sores that had developed (loved that they put the time changed directly onto the bandage themselves. The food was pretty bland though and only slightly changed every meal (there was usually steamed carrots, mashed potatoes, and a different protein every 2 days). Overall, we didn't have a bad experience. FYI: the main entrance says visiting hours are from 9am-8pm but we were able to get in 2 hours earlier and the doors are still unlocked at 9pm. After that, you would have to enter through the ER.

And the referral you sent me to, literally said it was simply to cya... yea I got it. ‍ This er visit was so traumatic I don't know if after being in California for 12 years, I want to stay. It sickens me the way you things treat humans here. next time ... i hope you're more intelligent/conscious to look closer and someone like me isnt still sitting where i am today and you actually helped them. ‍‍‍

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with the Cancer Care Institute. From the…read moremoment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. At 18 years old I was confused, scared, and most important needed a lot of support. Thankfully the staff are incredibly compassionate and professional, always taking the time to explain every step of the process, answer questions, and provide encouragement during what is undoubtedly a challenging time. Navigating a cancer diagnosis is one of the most difficult journeys anyone can face, but being under the care of Dr. Dowlatshahi and Dr. Do has made all the difference. From day one, both doctors have shown an extraordinary combination of clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently. Appointments are punctual, and communication is always clear. Dr. Dowlatshahi brings a calm confidence to every appointment, taking the time to explain complex information in a way that's easy to understand. His genuine care for his patients is evident in every interaction. Dr. Do is equally remarkable, thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly kind. He listens attentively and always makes me feel seen and heard, not just as a patient, but as a whole person. The entire office staff reflects this same level of professionalism and empathy. From the front desk to the nurses, every member of the team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment. I am deeply grateful for the care I've received from Dr. Dowlatshahi, Dr. Do, and their wonderful team. They've not only provided excellent medical treatment, but also hope, strength, and peace of mind during an incredibly difficult time. I'm incredibly grateful to be under the care of such a dedicated team. Thank you, Cancer Care Institute, for making a difficult journey an easier and memorable one. I got treated in 2009 and I'm still here writing a review 16 years later!
