He also hired several nurse practitioners who did not stay long. Gradually, the quality of service with regard to messages getting garbled, delayed and errors in getting prescription renewal's and always having to wait all day for a callback,I beganto dread even calling his office. I believe these errors became embarrassing to Kaldas. After about 17 years, I would ask if it was really necessary for me to continue seeming him. He would insist that it was. Then suddenly this last fall my appointment with him was cancelled, and I had to see Mary, his assistant. She told me in a very cold manner that they could no longer help me. After 21 years, I felt thrown out. I never heard from him or his office again.

They were both so knowledgable, personable, and sensitive to my questions, concerns, and anxieties. Dr. Menya is the most genuine and calm/collected person I've ever worked with. He was always fantastic with my baby girl Vera as well. The nurses and office staff at Kaldas center are phenomenal. I was always greeted by name and with a smile, and they assisted with my two year old on occasion when she had a tough time at appointments. Dr. Menya attended the birth of my son Thursday, acknowledging and following all of my birthing wishes completely. I am going to miss this group of practitioners, and I would recommend either of these doctors to anyone. Thank you so much for helping make my VBAC a success!

Very inflexible with appointments. They give you one time and you must make it work. I've been to…read moreboth Women's Care and Women's Health. I much prefer Women's Care but unfortunately due to insurance change can no longer go there. Women's Care is much more friendly, flexible, and supportive. I had a miscarriage while at Women's Health too and they were very unsympathetic and cold.

It was suggested that I refinance my house to pay off my bill. Once I had my bill paid off and a prepaid amount on account I would be allowed to see my doctor again for my prescription. For someone that has precancerous growths they are very cold hearted people.

I later decided that her service was not for me and did not return for another appointment. I was later shocked by a whomping bill for that one and only visit, which well over and above that initial deposit. At first I thought there must have been some error - I phoned and questioned the charged. Billing person told me that the physical therapist spent 50 minutes with me, and there were 2 charges: 1 for an assessment, and the 2nd for discussing treatment ideas ... she stated, "services aren't free". Experience was an outrageously expensive mistake, and there was absolutely no benefit for my health concerns.

Nevertheless, I made an appointment with a doctor in Neenah, since the Oshkosh location is only open one day a week and they didn't have anything until September. Then an hour before the appointment today, they called and cancelled because the doctor was called into surgery. I mean, I get that it happens, and at least they called me, but kind of inconvenient, you know? They offered to have me see an NP today, which I didn't want to do, so I ended up rescheduling for 2 weeks from now -- the only actual doctor available next week who wasn't on call was a man, which, again, not comfortable with that. I then found a different clinic that could get me in sooner, so I called back to cancel the new appointment. And proceeded to hold for 15 minutes, making me think that they do not have nearly enough people answering the phone. So given the difficulty in just getting an appointment (and the approximately 45 minutes of my life that I'll never get back...), I wouldn't recommend this clinic.
