Everyone I encountered was nice and respectful. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room too long before I was brought back. The provider and nurse were amazing! Very thorough and kind. They made me feel comfortable. The nurse went way out of her way to help me get my prescription! read more

i had an appointment at 11:40 and they called me 10 minutes early and i missed the call. then when i called them back at 11:45 i was told that they couldn't do my appointment anymore for that day. she asked for my name and when i told her my name, she hung up on me without saying anything. i had to then schedule another appointment through their website. very unhappy with the service that i got. read more

I have finally become pregnant after ten miscarriages, and they are no longer working with women once they become pregnant. Why don't you tell that to people who are relying on your knowledge for tricky diseases a mother has. I had three endometriosis surgies while I was a patient. Staff refused to write me a letter stating I would need to be off work because I was recovering from surgery, "we don't do that here" I had to make a small scene in the lobby while Dr. Kalda was present. Also, you cannot talk to Dr. Kalda directly, its a circus to get any message to him. He has a big beautfily building and fancy clothes but not much interest in his patients.

He also hired several nurse practitioners who did not stay long. Gradually, the quality of service with regard to messages getting garbled, delayed and errors in getting prescription renewal's and always having to wait all day for a callback,I beganto dread even calling his office. I believe these errors became embarrassing to Kaldas. After about 17 years, I would ask if it was really necessary for me to continue seeming him. He would insist that it was. Then suddenly this last fall my appointment with him was cancelled, and I had to see Mary, his assistant. She told me in a very cold manner that they could no longer help me. After 21 years, I felt thrown out. I never heard from him or his office again.

My first experience with Planned Parenthood was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I went in expecting to receive a simple pregnancy test, and despite the claims that walk-ins were welcome, I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. They suggested scheduling an appointment during my work hours, which is not feasible for me. I arrived later in the day to accommodate my job, and when they asked if I had taken a home pregnancy test, I explained that I had and I was there for a definitive answer and peace of mind. Then they refused to renew his prescriptions even though they were informed of the other upcoming appointment. Honestly we should have been shopping around when Dr. Richter announced his retirement. To top it off: they are now installing spy cameras in the waiting room. I don't think that's going to make patients feel at ease.

But worse than that is how rude the staff is and how difficult it is to try to get in for an appointment. They gave me the run around for over a month trying to get my daughter in for much needed treatment. They didn't return phone calls and changed providers and canceled appointments on us without notice. They need to get their act together. All I want is help for my daughter and this is how they treat people.
