While marketed to families with kids, this is a fun place to spend 1-2 hours any hot afternoon or anyone. Best highlight is the aviary with many peacocks, peahens, geese, ducks, parrots and more! You can buy bird feed to share with the animals. The sculpture garden includes statues from all over Mexico dating back to the 700s CE and there is an interactive science/physics play area. The museum itself is very interactive as well and the exhibit on the human body lets you play games to learn about the components of the body. There are two impressive floors devoted to a lego exhibit (which was a visiting exhibition while we were there.) The cafeteria has the "all-the-rage" (crepe-like) ice cream roll for sale which is reasonable tasting but VERY fun to watch and attempt to eat. read more
