Update.... 3 weeks after this review and still no new red light bed and now 11 of 18 bulbs burnt…read moreout in current bed as of 6/4. First, the girls at all locations are great and clearly understand the concerns I'm about to express. We purchased the Ambassadors Club package to use only the spa services, with occasional spray tans. For weeks, we were told "any day" they would get a new red light machine, which is part of why we chose to get the membership here. Unfortunately, that still hasn't happened a month later. The current red light bed now has 7 of 18 lights burnt out on top and theyve been out for the entire time we've been attending. The massage bed at the Hayden location was broken for two days we came, and the Cda location still has a broken massage bed, which has been broken since the beginning. When you pay for services, you expect them to be in good working order. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case, and clearly, they are in no rush to fix them. I emailed corporate, and they ignored my concerns.

The beds are amazing, the tanning salon is beautiful and always clean, with each of the rooms being in pristine shape. I credit all this to the AMAZING Staff that work there. Gabby who managed this whole time until recently was the reason we fell in love with the salon. The customer service she had was FANTASTIC! All of the women she has brought in have been so efficient and they always go above and beyond my expectations. About a little over a month ago we heard Gabby would be moving on but let me tell you we were so sad as we LOVE HER! But then we heard the WONDERFUL news that Johnny was going to be taking over and we were ECSTATIC!! As we love all who work there Johnny is so AMAZING! She seriously is the best girl to take over for the great Gabby! Her customer service is wonderful! I never feel intimidated going in to tan (as I did in my California Salon) and she takes the time to get to know the customers. Her knowledge of the products is so great. She always recommends the perfect lotion. The store still is running wonderful, still spotless and still the best Staff ever! I 1000000000000% recommend this tanning salon! You will not find better equipment or better girls!

As a retired massage therapist myself, I've had more massages than I can count over the years and…read moreworked alongside many talented therapists. Rachel is genuinely one of the best I've ever experienced, and that is not something I say lightly. What sets Rachel apart starts with her credentials. She is one of the very few licensed massage therapists in this area who accepts insurance, and the level of training, coursework, and certifications required to do that speaks volumes about her commitment to her craft. She brings over 20 years of experience to the table, having worked everywhere from high-end spas to cruise ships, and that breadth of experience shows in every session. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the body, we're talking gym training, mobility work, stretching protocols, muscular compensation patterns and she can have an intelligent conversation about all of it. Her myofascial release work is excellent, and she has the strength to deliver real deep tissue work when that's what you need, while also being equally skilled at lighter therapeutic work. Most importantly, she listens. She asks where you need focus that day, she pays attention to what you tell her, and she adjusts accordingly. That combination of advanced training, genuine body knowledge, and attentiveness to the individual client is rare. If you're looking for a massage therapist who treats this as the medical and therapeutic practice it truly is, Rachel at Equilibrium is exceptional. I've been seeing Rachel twice a month for over a year now and have no intention of going anywhere else.
