Can we say they are on point. I went exactly at opening time and they actually opened up a few mins early. They knew exactly where everything is. I did not feel rushed. The lady helped me get my sons school uniform. Never pushed me to purchase more or get something I didn't need. Everything is super and when I mean super clean super clean, organized, and very eye appealing. I got 3 polos and a sweater it cost me about $83. I am guessing that is normal price for a private school but for a public school that may be a little expensive but I totally understand why. I do hope and wish they had more sales. read more

I to my son to get uniforms here and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and we were in and out in 10 minutes. Very painless experience! read more

The are knowledgeable and helpful - Good Job guys. They moved the line fast. Big selection of all types of local uniforms the kids need

Good service even the line was long but quick, they didn't have many options of polos but found what really needed it. Price was good but after the school chaos uniforms are pretty expensive, but super great quality. So is worth the price! read more

They don't help and are rude and not very knowledgeable. If it wasn't that this was the only option for my kids school uniforms I would not go here. They are also not very reasonable for the prices they charge, I did get polos on clearance and took them to the Swap Shop for embroidery for less then just the shirt at this place, it's just not convenient. read more

The worse costumer service ever! This store should be open at 10:00 am! They have NO Clients at the store, I came from Aventura (40 min) I have an appointment 11:15 am and I repeat They have NO clients in the store and SHE SAID NO.... 10/13/2020 Instead of apologizing for his deplorable behavior, they decided to block me on the booking site! You really know a lot about customer service. What a shame, what a shame. read more

Great selection and service for school uniforms. Owners always helpful when picking out and trying on uniforms.

Worst store ever, the manager is so rude, has a nasty attitude. We came to exchange some shorts and she denied the exchange because is more than 30 days, with this nasty face she says NO! she doesnt even listen to you or anything. I do not understand why Charters school has this kind of company. She is very young to be manager, but she needs to learns some manners. RUDE AND WORST COSTUMER SERVICE, we are like force to buy here. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Everyone says it in previous reviews - THE MANAGER NEEDS TO GO! read more

New school year brought big changes! Store is definitely 100x better than last year. They say they are short staffed but you can't tell with how attentive, patient and courteous all the staff were. They definitely revamped the store and I am here for it! read more

I love the new staff members I'm very impress with the service I received compare to last year.

It was not until I left Planet T that I saw their negative reviews. Not that it would have made a difference to me. I still would have had to purchase my son's uniforms there as Planet T has a contract with my son's school. So basically, the reviews of any uniform store do not matter since parents have no choice with where they can buy uniforms since everything is contracted. Luckily, on my visit, Planet T did not live up to their Yelp reviews, so whether it matters or not, I thought they deserved some Yelp love. It was pretty busy when I arrived, but I was still asked if I needed help. My salesperson was young but very sweet. She knew where everything was and all the prices. She was also very patient about helping me "guesstimate" sizes since my 12 year old refused to come with me. Yes, my second career is that of a personal shopper! I got out of the checkout line in no time. Luckily everything fit , but if the clothes did not fit I could have returned them for a full refund within 14 days and for a credit within 30 days. Yeah, it's would be great to have more of a choice with where to buy uniforms, but so far, I have had a great experience with Planet T! read more

I go to the store every year to purchase the uniforms and the staff, doesn't smiles no to friendly I'll give 2/5 :/ services are so so !!!! read more

The owner and the daughter are in serious need of customer training. They are so unprofessional. They were picking fights with their customers read more

the people that were helping me look for my uniform were not even helping me. I told them I need an 12jr in pants they say ok and I'm expecting for them to give it to me and they say "I think this size is better for you" I told them no and then they kept on going and going and I was just standing there like. If I did not know what to get then, why would I ask you in the first place? But yea I only get my shirts from here if the staff is actually cooperating then I'll get my pants there. read more

Worst place to buy uniforms the owner is so rude and no manners to talk with customers. And I wish schools should notice those behaviors who only recommend to buy from them:( read more

From reading past reviews I'd say this place has changed for the better. I went and was greeted right away and an employee helped me find everything we needed for back to school. It was an overall easy experience. read more

I can never understand why the school uses this vendor for uniforms. Because of the pandemic my daughter never got to wear her uniform bottoms and they are all now brand new and with tags on them and too small. Now that she will be going back in I'm simply asking for an exchange of the items for a bigger size uniform bottom.. Why am I not being told that the books are closed and no exchanges or refunds will be given at this time. Seems like poor customer service to me. Apparently they don't care about their customers and are only looking for profits. The schools really need to reevaluate working them!! read more

I've been buying my sons uniforms for the past three years at planet t. He attends Renaissance Charter of pines and they couldn't have picked a more professional company to partner with. I have never had any issues with this company. Only once did they not have his size I was able to pick it up within 3 days of course paying for it in advance. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by one of the employees usually a teen that is more than willing to help and stay with you through your shopping experience. They have extended hours during back to school 9am-8pm and I got here at 905 and was out the door by 930 and my son even tried on two pair of pants. So want to beat the crowd arrive early and you'll be in and out before you know it. read more

I loved my shopping experience at Planet T. The staff was very helpful and made finding everything super simple. I was dreading having to do my back to school shopping, but planet t made it a pleasure. read more

By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had! After reading reviews from other parents, I can see I'm not the only one that feels this way. The Manager is rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and has no sense of customer service. I requested to exchange my son's brand new uniforms and I was told it was impossible without a receipt although all the tags were on and clear labeling that they were from Planet T Uniforms. I was advised (yelled at) by the Manager that the store suffered more than anyone else in world and she would not be able to assist me. The exchange would be considered a refund and they already have to give the school a percentage of their profits. She told me that "you people" need to stop it and buy new uniforms. She embarrassed me with the tone and volume of her voice. I guess i will have to explain to my son that he will need to wear tight clothing to school because the company his school has a contact with could care less about the kids and only see us as a sale! We are subjected to only purchasing from Planet T Uniforms and whomever doesn't like it...well there is nothing we can do but PAY UP! read more

If I could do 1/2 I would... and that 1/2 a star is just because the telephone was answered. What an unprofessional outfit this company is. I am appalled and supposedly I was speaking with the owner. I tried purchasing 1 sweater and this company would not help me because they do not do one piece at a time. What happened to customer service? Definitely the owner of this company does not know what that is... read more

I really don't understand how the manager of this establishment got her job, what can say? poor service and the treatment of their customers are as if they were a inconvenience to them. If I did not have to come here because this is the only place I can get my sons uniforms I would never step foot in the store again. I will be talking to my sons school about my experience. read more

What a great place to get your kid's uniforms for school. It's spotlessly clean, the staff is supper friendly and professional and the clothes they sell are high quality. This is the place to go to keep your kids in compliance with the dress code. I highly recommend it! read more

The other reviews were pretty bad, so I was amazed at my experience today. Keep in mind, today was THE day apparently, because everyone had the same idea I did. Someone greeted me when I walked in. She asked which school, then took me over to the area. I thought that'd be it. But she stayed, helped us pick the correct size for my son, then got all the shirts / colors that I asked for. She was very friendly & smiling making nice conversation the whole time. It was crowded, and we were in & out in prob 10 min tops. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Given that kids are now virtual schooling I bought uniforms in August went to this location with an appointment! Asked the older gentleman for middle and elementary for my kids and he provided wrong uniforms that unfortunately I was unaware of. When calling after my kids started school in person again and it was told I had middle school colors, I know policy here and I was not looking for a refund or an exchange my kids had already worn them through zoom so I called to see if they could at least discount the new ones I had to purchase and the gentleman was not helpful. When asking to speak with the manager (not manager material what's so ever) started the conversation with "before anything I would like to just say that my staff and my self are on our lunch breaks and we picked up the line not thinking it would turn out to be such an issue. How can I help you ?" Most rudest manager that I've ever come across! She was definitely no help continued the conversation speaking of nonsense that was nothing related to why I was calling. Manager to this store is Maria Chodamarc (may have spelled last name wrong) because of the school we go to this is the only store who has our uniforms. This is sad given I have been going for the past 9 years. read more

Absolutely no customer service. The only reason why I buy here is because the kids' school uses this vendor.

Planet T is extremely organized and immaculately clean. The dressing rooms are well-maintained. They have a large selection of sizes and colors available for uniforms. The employee who helped me, Maggie, was very friendly and helpful. I've had only good experiences at this store. Thank you! read more

Planet uniforms does not deserve to have the PP charter school contract !! They are rued including the owner, they make fun of the customers including the children. The employees do not know the prices. I have never seen such a disregard for customer service ! What a horrible shopping experience. read more

It is my opinion that if a store is going to hold a contract to have exclusivity on uniform sales, then they should also attempt to have the proper inventory in stock before schools starts!!! My school only allows for 3 different color shirts and the store was out of 1 entire color. When I asked the clerk at the register if they could call me when the shirts came in, so I didn't have to make a wasted trip, she told me "No, we are way too busy". Of course when she said this, I was the ONLY customer in the store! I actually said to her.... "Really, is that your response?", then she begrudgingly handed me a piece of paper to write my information. Of course, I never received a phone call.....and oddly enough, as I was standing at the register the week later, in a COMPLETELY empty store....there was a clerk on the phone calling customers that were clearly on a list to tell them that their uniforms were now available to purchase! I feel like I am being strong-armed to shop here; where I would otherwise take my business elsewhere!!! read more

Planet T Uniform is apparently very consistent online for its bad reviews, all coming down to horrible customer service, and I am a witness of their despicable behavior. Pay attention because they reviews all say the same. I am appalled at the treatment received by Maria, even more appalled that she is the owner. If I could give this store a zero, I would. If I could go elsewhere to purchase uniforms, trust me I would! My nieces recently came to Florida displaced from their home after a hurricane. Their mom made a huge sacrifice to send them on their own to live with me, in an attempt to continue their education. After purchasing $330 in uniforms for 2 children, the school's counselor was nice enough to let us know that thanks to the HEART FEDERAL ACT of 2001(http://browardstudentservices.com/homeless-education/) the children automatically qualify for free meals and uniforms, and we were provided with a voucher from Planet T. Immediately after coming in and informing them that we would like to return some items and utilize a voucher for others, we were not very kindly questioned as to which vouchers. Upon realizing they were their own they proceeded to make excuses, stating that it was only certain items that were redeemable. Mind you their tone at this time is not apologetic, or nice in any way. Just an authoritative "you are bothering me with this" tone. Upon stating that we received the voucher through a program, Maria for some reason turned defensive, saying there was no program, that the uniforms are given free from her pocket. I understand this, however, the opportunity is through this FEDERAL ACT. There was no reason to argue with them about them not understanding this, as it did not matter, so we continued to attempt to get the items we needed. Turns out they wanted to provide us with oversized boys' shirts instead of girl's shirts. Upon stating our opinion about the shirts being too big, Maria rudely stated that because they are giving something for free they give the items of which they have the most of....I can understand to a certain point. She continued to insult us stating that when somebody gives you something for free you are supposed to be humble about it and accept what is being given. As I asked them instead for a smaller boys size shirt, she walked away as she exclaimed "Oh my God"- my jaw almost hit the floor. WHO in customer service, much less an OWNER would EVER treat a client that way??! Clearly we were a nuisance to her. At this point, I have stood there while rudely being taken care of, then insulted (called not humble to my face), and lastly clearly shown I was bothering them by SIMPLY ASKING FOR ITEMS THAT FIT A SMALL GIRL.I was not raised to take insults or such treatment by complete strangers who first of all, do not know me, and second of all, do not know the situation we are dealing with. I was treated as an ungrateful beggar- WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF THE SITUATION, not even an inkling of sympathy- simply for utilizing a voucher that the children are well deserving of THROUGH A FEDERAL ACT. I voiced my opinion, told Maria I did not appreciate being called not humble, at which point she declined to honor the voucher AT ALL.....worst experience of my life EVER dealing with a customer service agent. Not only that, but she continued to belittle us, when my dad and I spoke to each other in our native language (my dad came for a visit and does not speak English)- but yet again without knowing she yelled at us calling us rude for speaking in a different language. Apalled comes short to my horrible experience here. read more

I am not satisfied as a customer. I come to planet T uniforms because is contracted with my children's charter school. My dissatisfaction with planet T, is in regards to their quality, price and customer service. I have purchased here for several years. I do not like the material used as my children's pants barely last three months before having holes in the knees. They are supposedly reinforced in the knees, but yet every year I have the same issue, of which I have brought up to the mangers attention. I am paying close to 18 dollars for a pair of pants that tear so easily. I don't believe this is a fair deal, especially when we as parents do not have a choice where we are to buy them from. I always feel the customer service is lacking. They are not helpful and rude. I was told as I was bringing up the issue with the pants to the manager that no one else has complaints. I am not a happy customer! read more

Let me start off on a positive note by saying that the woman who helped me in the end was truly a blessing and I can not thank her enough . I have always had a positive experience and feel so lucky to receive vouchers for my children from their school. But that does not excuse how I began this trip to planet t this year. I began my shopping with the knowledge that with a voucher I could pick only select items which is fine with me and I am very grateful. After trying on some pants my daughter could not fit them so I ask a nice young girl for help she disappeared to find what I needed but then I rapidly was approached by a older gentleman who quickly asked do you have a voucher I responded yes. He then told me you just can't take whatever ,which I already knew. He then went on to tell me that you can only have the leftovers. I felt so upset that someone would treat me the way he did because I had a voucher. It's so sad to feel like someone thinks less of you and talks to you in that manner because you have a piece of paper that allows you to have uniforms for free. Please keep in mind that everyone should be treated equally no matter what or how they are paying. Again thank you to the angel who helped me. read more
