The employees have always been friendly: helpful but not "lurking" (standing over you as if you're going to shoplift at any moment).
The employees are furthermore very patient, and you're even allowed to try on certain garments, so long as they don't include panty hose/stockings, or items that would be unhygienic to try on. (I've only tried on a handful of items so I'm not sure about all of the limitations, but that you can try on some garments seems pretty cool, particularly ..well, untraditional lingerie, if you will.)
I really cannot stress enough how wide a variety of items they carry, and their prices seem fairly reasonable for a local store, that is, buying sex toys or whatever here instead of online. Also, this store is huge. HUGE. They have entire sections dedicated to "gay interests", BDSM and, of course, porn. There's even a porn theater of sorts, which I haven't checked out so unfortunately I can't tell you about it.
Granted I'm no expert on sex shops in Vienna, but I'd nevertheless suggest this one if you're in the market for something they sell, or if you'd like to see something in person before buying it online. Maybe it could even give you some ideas you'd never considered before. ;-)
