Also, the owner seemed peeved that I questioned him after his initial answer. I previously lived in Memphis, where there were many gym options. I've gone twice since joining a week ago & it's... alright. They have the majority of the machines I used at LA Fitness in Memphis. Some seats need to be replaced on some. The floor is buckled in some areas & that also needs to be repaired as it is a safely hazard. This gym doesn't have barbells, but does have dumbbells. It's 24/7, so that's great but the fob given to get in in totally unnecessary as the door has been unlocked both times I've gone this far. They have treadmills, bikes, stairmasters, and various other resistance equipment. There is a smith machine, squat racks, bench press, etc. it has just what is needed, nothing extra. There is also an area to work on abs, etc that includes yoga mats. The startup fee is like $30/mo as is the monthly fee. There is no cancellation fee, so I do like that as I really didn't want to commit to a year since I may move before then.

The restroom is minimally clean and the shower is gross. The gym floor has used used machines. The down side the owner does everything via Facebook, messenger and email. That includes membership. They are out of key fobs so any new members will need to wait till they get news ones. The owner doesn't really post what's happening on social media. THey will put a note on the door when you arrive the gym. But am thankful for a gym just wish they would take more pride in the up keep especially for their members.

I have been experiencing a major shift in my fitness since going to the circuit training classes, I am generally pretty fit and active, but these classes have kicked things into high gear for me and I've worked much harder here than I would ever do on my own. Her daughter, Juniper was helping with the goats and cleaning after them. We got about 20 mins of yoga and 20 mins of goat time. They even had a mini photo shoot with all of the goats with us!
