WORST SERVICE EVER Shane the owner and Tommy Waters (salesman) and the whole shop are the worst people to deal with or purchase anything ! They are both liars and thiefs...I recently bought a new 2010 750 Brute Force from them and not only did they try to over charge me but made promises of delivering a new HMF power optimizer (which they do not make for the 2010) but sent a tech out with a "used" piece of electrical equipment with No instructions to say the least. I am in the process of having to take them to court to make them stand to thier work. My experiance with PLanet Cycle has been the worst and I suggest yall take your business elsewhere, they are not compident to work on anything or treat customers in a professional matter. hello, my name is shane sikes. i am the owner of planet cycle. we have been in business for 10 years and have an excellent service record.there are 2 sides to every story. mr karpinski was never promised anything he did not recieve! we certainly are going to court and we will post the outcome.anyone who will post such garbage and tell lies about someone doesnt have much character. we will let a judge decide this matter and i will pray people like mr. karpinski choose another dealership! ....i would also like to add that mr. karpinski works at another motorcycle shop which we do like , but also are in competition with. read more
