Booking a facial at this "spa" will go down in history as one of the worst decisions of my life…read more When you arrive, there is no area to relax or change, you simply walk through a sweaty gym locker room directly into a crowded and cluttered service room. The room where we scheduled to get my facial was full of multiple chairs, and pieces of equipment; the table was crammed up against the wall and felt like a freezing cold gurney. I scheduled a 50 minute facial with an enzyme peel and specifically asked that nothing stronger be substituted based on my skin care regimen. Aesthetician ignored my concerns and requests, and without further discussion used a full strength chemical peel that has resulted in severe chemical burns in multiple places on my case. Even as the peel was on, I told her I did not feel right and it hurt too much (I have had several peels in the past) and my concerns were completely ignored. She told me what I was seeing was "frosting" which is normal; no, what I was seeing was my skin peeling off of my face within minutes because the burns were so significant. The pain and disfigurement from the facial right now prevents me from working for several days and will take intensive dermatologic care to correct. Aesthetician was rude, reckless, and should be let go immediately. What happened afterwards Made things even worse. I was supposed to have another service 30 minutes later, but could not get anything to eat on the resort because every restaurant was closed. I asked the next provider be notified that I could step off of the resort and find some food for the first time that day - instead the entire service was canceled. This was truly the worst spa experience of my entire life. The only way to salvage this place would be to raze it to the ground and clean house from the aestheticians, to the front desk, to the management. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The owner Melinda Hiatt was absolutely AWFUL to me. Not to mention the tanning beds were also…read moreAWFUL. I first reached out to Melinda asking if I could come see the tanning beds before I committed to a membership and she was very hesitant in letting me do so. However, she let me come in and take a look and the second I got there she was so short with me and told me "I have groceries in the car so I only have a few minutes" in the sassiest way. I looked over the salon and it's pretty trashy but it was close to my home and convenient that it's 24/7 so I payed for the membership. However, when I tanned for the first time the tanning bed was HORRIBLE. It took 4 minutes out of my 5 minute tanning time to even heat up! I was sitting there on a stone cold old creaking tanning bed! So of course I asked her for a cancellation and refund of my membership to which she replied very rudely and said she would still charge me for the key and one tan and all the fees. Which is understandable but I ended up paying $51.60 for an AWFUL experience! I just feel like normal owners would immediately want to apologize and fix the problem instead of getting mad at ME and my bad experience. She said she would send an email to me explaining the charges. I didn't see the email for a few days so I kindly texted back saying I still hadn't received one and she got SASSY! I told her I wasn't mad just wanted to figure things out and AGAIN a mean text! So I decided to make a yelp account and leave a review. My goodness. And I never ask for refunds but it was a lot of money I paid and wanted to take my business elsewhere. In short, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS EVER!

This salon came recommended, so my wife reached out with a friendly text and went about her day,…read moreexpecting a reply on Monday like any normal business. Later in the day, she received a message from an unfamiliar number and didn't realize it was the salon. The moment she figured it out, she apologized sincerely and accepted the owners proposed time. Instead of showing basic decency, the stylist snapped back saying she was going to block her and that it was "for the best." Over a simple misunderstanding--and on a Sunday, no less. That level of rudeness and lack of professionalism says everything about the energy of this place. If this is how they treat someone who was recommended to them and approached respectfully. A little grace goes a long way, but clearly not everyone here believes in that. The owner at this salon needs a serious reminder of what kindness and professionalism actually look like.

I completed the full 3 series and waited the recommended time for results, but unfortunately, it did nothing for my neck and I expected it to do something noticable for my neck area, so in my opinion it was a complete waste of my $2,100+. I was told I only had slight to slight moderate laxity in my skin to begin with. The people there were nice and the place was also nice. I will give the Morpheus 8 a decline, because, in my opinion, I feel I was misled regarding the results I would acheive, and in my opinion, I feel my neck looks worse now than it did before the treatments. So I give Morpheus 8, for my situation a 1, and the spa a 3. That's why I gave the total score a 2.
