Next time I prepaid, walked to register with my card, no one in store except for me and employees and he told me I had to check in at the front. I said I prepaid and he said I still had to go to front. Went to front to check in and then went back to register to pick up my product. Today tried it again: Went straight to register and he was finishing up with someone. He told me to go back to front and she would get my purchase. I go back to front then she goes right back to register and picks up my product. You'll want to do "express pickup" at least for your order, so that's done. I don't see the benefit of paying ahead of time after trying twice, as you are not skipping the line, you're just going back & forth across the store. The lady that works at the front is always friendly. The man working today, I've never seen in a good mood!
