On the website, if I recall correctly, recommends after their first tooth. My daughter, who is very shy, did not mind this appointment at all. They knew exactly what and how to get her to open her mouth. She is also a cleft palate/lip baby who had plenty of people inside her mouth so she hates it with a capital "H". However, she did fine here. They were very patient with her and give amazing care. They had a little foam pad for her to lay down in while I held her lower half/feet. And they had upside down TVs playing to distract kids during their appointment. Not only did Dr. Algenio take time out of his vacation over the Fourth of July holiday to call us personally, but he was also able to save my daughter's tooth when the previous dentist had planned to pull it. Despite confirming coverage and accurate information with both of our insurance providers, the office has continued to submit claims incorrectly. When we've tried to bring this to their attention, instead of resolving the matter calmly, we've received harassing and aggressive phone calls--sometimes while caring for our 2.5-month-old baby at home. Most concerning is the unwillingness of the staff to allow communication with a manager or the dentist when we requested help. Threatening to send a patient to collections while refusing to acknowledge or correct their own billing errors is unacceptable. Because of the repeated mistreatment and lack of professionalism, we will not be returning to this office. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and to have billing concerns addressed, not ignored or escalated through hostile interactions.

Daughter just got braces 3 days ago and was referred to this office for cleaning. She complained to…read morethe techs several times they they were being too aggressive, causing pain and the equipment used was clipping and pinching her lip and brackets. She was literally crying and asking them to stop. Water spraying on her face with no care to wipe it off. Not only that, but also while asked to give a review, the same person helped her pull it up on her phone AND PRESSED THE 5 STAR REVIEW and submitted it. This is not the level of care and comfort anyone should have at the dentist. I will also be reaching out to the Orthodontist and let them know the type of care they referred her to. She just got comfortable enough with the dentist in order to get braces, and to have this lack of care, especially with new patients, and a person who's not even a week into braces is Beyond me. Shame on you for not providing a level if care you would expect to have!
