Seems Placer County owns the printed words. Are you journalists or conformists? It's no wonder your circulation is down and no one buys your paper anymore. You need a "Creative Director" to breathe new life into this outdated format? It's the most boring "rag". If you subscribe, you're lucky if you get it mailed to you 3 weeks after publication- what???? How is that even classified as "news". Old news maybe!
