I ordered proscuitto cotto and they've brought me one with proscuitto crudo. Dough is thin and very crispy and sharply and you could hurt your gums. If you are a lokal then this is probably ok pizza for you, but as frequent traveler and pizza savvy i can arguably say that this has nothing to do with Italian recipe.
