This large shopping mall (which is almost 65 years old) is a paradise for shoppers...located in the…read moreneighborhood of Ste-Foy, it's about 15-20 min outside the Old City walls. Modern and huge, it's one of the favorite places for young Quebecois to hang out and go shopping. I have always loved the choices of stores, food court area, the special sales going at the mega department stores like Simons and Zara, and the various special events that take place here. Located on Laurier Boulevard, a major hotel and commercial artery, Place Ste-Foy is well known for its distinctive high-end and high-fashion offerings. Prestigious Canadian, European and U.S. retailers have chosen to settle in Place Ste-Foy, especially: Apple, Banana Republic, BCBG MAXAZRIA, Birks, Cheïkha, Marc Cain, Marciano, Lululemon, Bestseller, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Sephora, Simons, Signature Maurice Tanguay, Swarovski and Zara. The mall is situated next to Université Laval and to the shopping malls Laurier Québec and Place de la Cité.

While waiting for the others to catch up, I browsed a jewelry store (nice amethyst, emerald, and sapphire earring sets). What we saw was wide hallways, clean, and plenty of people - considering the state of COVID!! Wishing you all the best of health and that COVID winds down its ugly head! Here's to the recuperating economy, and being able to spend longer in the malls!!

Very cool combination of restaurants, dollar store, book store, Metro grocery store and coffee…read moreshops plus other delights right near and across from Laval university. So as you can imagine it was filled with students. Students grabbing a bite to eat, students studying on their laptops and meeting up to chill with friends. It really brings me back to my time in College. Good memories. Having that deadline of a midterm you needed to study for (or submitting that report or essay). Thinking of what girls to chase after and get the attention of on the weekend and what party plans I had for Friday and Saturday. Plus living off of a student budget meant lean times some weekends. Life was so much simpler back then. Coming to the pyramid was akin to my college life memories. Studying, partying, having fun and doing it over again. At the pyramid the great table selection means a great place to meetup or study. Also the healthy selection of cheap restaurants fits the budget of a student. If I was a student again I'd be living here. Good memories! One thing however that was atrocious was the parking lot. Man o man....talk about a poor design.

Stopped by before went back to my place around 8 PM many store in this mall almost close. Lots of…read morestudent still hanging out. I guess in the local area doesn't have too many tourist or visitors, lol. They look at us like we come from another planet. So what is the reason why I stopped here? The answer was one of my friends wanted to have coffee then another one wanted to check out if any restaurant in this mall still selling food and we can buy food back to out place.

We are indigenous and figure that this is the reason why we were being followed. I do not recommend going here as racism is rampant, and if I could give no stars I would.

Unfortunately, Canada…read morePost had different ideas and held on to my package for almost a week before returning it to Quebec for reasons no one seems to understand. I called Canada Post and was told basically that I'm out of luck and the Seller needed to open an investigation. I was pretty much distraught at that point about the chances of my package arriving before Christmas. Simons went above and beyond, Audrey D. 1458, actually cared about my predicament and said she would call me back when I explained my problem. She not only called me back, but had already gotten tracking for two new coats and sent them express to the US. She also wrote me a nice email explaining the situation. At this busy time of year, I really appreciated someone going out of their way to help a customer. I've already had one friend purchase a coat from Simons and have another friend about to order one too. I can't say enough good things about this store going out of its way to fix a problem that neither of us caused. Thank you Audrey D!
