We had: - Porkbelly BBQ with green asparagus, peanuts, sambal and crispy onions - Ceviche with chiperones, melon, tomato and bergamot - Steak tartare with egg yolk, apple cider, silver skin onion And for the main course - Sea Bream with baby potatoes, silvered almonds and eggplant - Lamb with green pea puree, salsa verde and madeira jus - Steak Bavette with cevenne onion, coffee and roasted garlic I tried everything and the food was prepared with love, attention and mastery. Beside the steak, which was in my opinion a poor choice of the cut, not much fat marbling to my liking and too chewy, everything else was delicious.
