For the past five years my partner Mary has enjoyed regular visits to PJ's and sometimes I would accompany her at the weekend. We have never had cause for complaint about the quality of the food, and until a few weeks ago we were always impressed with the friendly staff and the excellent service. Unfortunately on my partners last visit she was nearly reduced to tears by the rude and arrogant attitude of the waitress who served her. Having ordered her usual Cappichino and a scone she was served an Americano, when she pointed out the mistake the waitress became quite aggressive and called my partner a liar ! I have since spoken to the manager who was genuinely upset and concerned to hear of the incident, the waitress in question hasn't worked there for very long and unfortunately I don't know her name, but he knew who I meant and said he would be talking to about it the next day. I believe a business is only as good as it's people, Mary feels unable to go to PJ's again which I find very sad. I just wonder how many other regular, loyal customers this 'rude little girl ' has upset and the manager knows nothing about it?
