The lady answering the phone was very nice and responsive. They were quick to come to our house, but Matt was equally quick to leave. Matt is arrogant and either incompetent or lazy. He said our system has "no issues" as I am sleeping in my car due to the poor air quality and my dad was hospitalized.

They also came across issues with the prior duct work configuration and reconfigured it, without charge, to improve efficiency and to add space to the attic walkway. Cody also came back out on another day to adjust the blower fan on the new system to further improve the humidity level in our home, and again, without charge. We are very happy with the performance of our new A/C system. Cody and his team actually care about their customers and their work, which seems like a rare thing to find in many companies these days. Thank you again Cody! We highly recommend Bay Area A/C, you won't be disappointed!

The guys came with all the equipment for the outside and inside heating and cooling unit. They protected the floors where they needed to come in the house. After a very neat install including an Ecobee smart thermostat, they did a great job cleaning up and hauling off all the old stuff. Highly recommended for great professional job and excellent communication all the way through!

I called, the guy answered, I told him the problem, he said turn the switch off, leave it off, and he'd head on over as soon as he could get away. I found out later, he left dinner with his wife to come out and get things going. He showed earlier than he'd said, got right on it, found the problem, had the parts in his van, and half an hour later, the a/c was running cold. I asked him what I owed, he told me and I was taken aback. I felt lucky even to have gotten hold of someone on a late Saturday. I was really hopeful when the guy actually showed, and early at that. When he had the air conditioner going cold in almost no time, I really couldn't believe my good fortune. I 'd already called to make reservations in a hotel in Galveston for the weekend, thinking it would be Monday before anyone would get out to look. But to have a guy do all that and for no more than he'd asked, well, that just doesn't happen often. I can't say enough good about Ezequiel Garza, so I'll just say you'd be doing yourself a favor to have him take care of your air conditioning problems. He shows early, knows his business, prices himself modestly and guarantees his work.
